Let me begin by saying I don’t usually write or review places so that you understand how this place made me feel.

I have lived in the US for 3 years now and I have never faced this kind of treatment before at any restaurant I have ever been to. I walked in high hopes since I have heard a lot of good things about this place and I walked in to get breakfast and a drink. No one greeted me while I see the other customers who looked like the staff there being greeted. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. It felt as if the staff was going out of their way to not take my order. They opened another counter as soon as another person walked in and they immediately took their order while I was clearly waiting in line for 5-10 minutes at least. As soon as she was done with their order she walked away and closed the counter. All this happened while I was waiting in line in a different counter. As soon as the older person in my counter was done helping the person in front of me she walked away and I just stood there with no one helping me for the next 2-3 minutes. A dude walked in from the kitchen and then he took my order. I ended up just getting a mocha(which was not great or it could have been soured from the experience I had at this place) and walked out.

Money is green and it doesn’t matter whose pocket it comes out of. I am going to be paying the same for food and drinks as the other people. The alternate option could be that you could charge less for people of other colours so that they feel justified in treating them poorly. I will never go there again and I will be not be recommending this place to anyone I know unless they’re Caucasian of course because they seem to give them...

Based on the recommendation of patrons who love the food and service at the other two locations in Boardman and Warren, I ordered a meal from the downtown location (which was closest to the recipient). The person that I ordered the meal for reported that the sloppy joe sandwich was rock hard and inedible. I called to simply ask the restaurant to make things right by making a replacement meal. The self identified manager disrespectfully referred to me as honey, yelled, and went on a rant about the fact that they are a small business trying to make it and told me to call DoorDash and request a refund. DoorDash does not prepare food and is in no way responsible for the preparation of nor taste of a meal that they simply picked up and delivered. I never asked for a refund, I only wanted to make things right for the person who ended up with a disappointing and inedible dinner. If there is truth to the “trying to make it” part of the speech, hopefully that will struggle will become greater each time this restaurant treats a customer the way they treated me. I do not recommend this place and if I could give service and food...

This was my first time at this location, normally warren is my go to. I got the mocha club, it was average, nothing special, the bacon was perfect though. I also got the tiramisu cheesecake and the regular tiramisu.. The cheesecake was simply amazing, creamy and a wonderful coffee flavor. The actual tiramisu however, was probably the worst I've ever had, wayyyyyy too much chocolate and was very dry,, I didn't get coffee flavor at all, it literally tasted like a piece of chocolate cake that's been on the counter partially covered for about two days,, very disappointing for $4.25 a piece I really wanted the California cheesecake, my main reason for going but they were out. :(

Had the tiramisu cheesecake not been as amazing I would have only given 2 stars but that cheesecake got...

The Mocha House, in Downtown Youngstown. They had all kinds of fun season drinks and we loved everything we tried here. #themochahouse #youngstown #thingstotry #travelvlog

This was my first visit, and it did not disappoint! They were pretty busy when we went, but the lady was nice when she brought out our food. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and when she brought it out, she said it is usually served with a pickle spear. She didn’t bring one because she saw that my burger was plain, so she thought I wouldn’t want one (she was correct), but she could go get one for me if I did. I liked the thought she put into that for me! The cheesecake was delicious! Update: my second visit, my husband and I tried the Oreo and chocolate mousse bars. They were good, but they are soft cake in a hard chocolate shell. If it was soft chocolate, it would have been better, but it was a weird contrast with the soft cake inside.

This Cafe and eatery is a cool spot in downtown Youngstown by YNG ST. The pastries are awesome, fresh and delicious! There’s something there for everyone’s sweet tooth. I had the cherry turnover and baklava- wow! The best I’ve ever had without a doubt. I also had the coffee which was smooth to the last drop. The coffee station has some funny signs at it lol. My friends actually ate and loved it. The Cafe has a large indoor seating area and small outdoor seating area. The bathrooms were clean too. Parking available on the street. The staff was friendly, smiling and hardworking. This place was clean, very clean! Loved it!
