This is the absolute best boba shop ive ever been to. I used to get boba once every few months, but the experience at Bobalee has made me a daily customer.

The drinks are amazing and top tier. My personal favorite is the Thai Milk Tea with Tapioca, or sometimes green apple popping pearls if im feeling something different. The tiger milk tea is also very good! I noticed the tiger in previous reviews and had to try it, and the reviews were spot on. Its very sweet and sugary but not overwhelmingly sweet.

The layout of the shop is very cozy and i enjoy spending free time lounging around playing games or talking to the staff when they arent busy. Im not one to make long conversations when buying drinks or food but the staff is the big reason i kept coming back. After a few days of coming in (and ordering the same drink) they began greeting me like a celebrity. I even got a nickname! Thai Guy!

Discovered this gem of a bubble tea shop thanks to a friend's recommendation today. The tea was delightful, bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced sweetness. I tried their taro milk tea, and it was amazing!

The customer service was friendly, attentive, and super accommodating. The staff was knowledgeable about their menu and offered great recommendations, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was spot on, creating a cozy and inviting space. It was the ideal spot to unwind, sip on some heavenly bubble tea, and catch up with friends. The aesthetic and vibe of the place added an extra layer of charm to an already stellar experience.

Tea is okay, but i’m not sure why i just waited 10 minutes for one while there were three employees in the store talking, completely ignoring me- the ONLY customer in the store. I’m glad yall have a good family atmosphere, but good business is about attending to the customers too. I’m a patient person, but they kept looking at me weird, would make part of the tea to walk away and go talk or something. Again, im down for a good work family, but it can’t impact the business.
