I am a delivery driver and I picked up an order from here tonight. The woman working the front was very rude. The order wasn’t ready when I got there so I read through their menu trying to figure out why they have a bunch of pizza boxes stacked, but don’t actually serve pizza at least not on their menu. I also noticed that it says they accept bridge cards and sell fresh seafood among other things. The seafood is in a clear case and it is all frozen. When she started bagging up orders, I noticed one of them she bagged was mine and I told her such she told me that I had to wait until she was done bagging all of those orders before she would give it to me. When I finally got the bag, she told me I had to mark the order as picked up and I hit the button and had to take a picture of the receipt as I was taking the picture. She then got snappy with me and told me she had to see me do it I told her that I was but I had to take a picture. Then she told me that me sitting there and staring at her for 15 minutes did not help anything along. I told her that I am not getting paid by the hour. I’m getting paid by the order and I’m not getting paid to just stand there and wait. I actually have a screenshot of the conversation I was having with the customer telling them that their order was taking long that says it was only six minutes, not 15. On top of that as I was leaving, she told me to never take an order there again I would honestly never want to eat gas station fried chicken, but especially not from a place like this. Read moreTerrible management and terrible staff. Particularly the woman and the owner there. I’ve been using my friends ebt card ever since I found out they let you use one to purchase food. The first two times I went the the woman never mentioned a frying fee. Today I went and found out it’s a $1 fee which equaled to $2 because I ordered two dinners. Ok not a problem but I brought up how I was usually never charged before and told him the woman just let me pay with the card. They go get her and the woman instantly comes out with an attitude stating that she doesn’t know me and I always let customers know there’s a frying fee and that I’m lying. We went back forth and I said I don’t mind paying the fee but because of their funky attitude, I wasn’t going to spend a dime in there! I asked for a refund and mentioned that the card wasn’t mine. The owner goes off with an attitude yelling WE DON’T DO THAT HERE DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT! I said hell no and asked for the owner or the corporate office number and that’s when he mentioned that he was! Terrible experience! Definitely not supporting this...
Read moreI usually don’t go here much because the first time it was pretty dirty as far as pop machines and tables. My dad just told me that he had a bad experience about two weeks ago. So I decided to stop by for a sandwich. I come in and I have a meal ordered and they have a payment stipulation that was never stated when food was ordered. Front staff was snotty about it but manager did step up and say something. Eventhough employee lied and said he told me and I didn’t hear him. Which he didn’t. And as I told them he must have not been listening because I only ordered a sandwich. Eventhough the manager was helpful and said that my next sandwich would be on him. I still don’t know how I feel about returning. Bad customer service puts a bad taste...
