Regarding an online order, I want to start by saying I do understand there being supplier and shortage issues, etc. which is why their color and size stock is so limited right now. I recognize this is not their fault. That being said, I was disappointed in the entire process. The website wouldn’t allow me to add additional colors so I had to create my order via email, which is fine. This email chain was about 10+ back and forth due to them being out of so many colors/sizes. If this info was on the website, I wouldn’t not have had to reply back and forth 10+ times. I also decided to go with this company because they had more colors than other sites (that also are experiencing low stock through no fault of their own). But these other companies at least showed on their website what was and wasn’t in stock so one wouldn’t have to go through what I did. Finally, I did reply to my quote by saying it was disappointing the after all I went through (nearly half of what I wanted they didn’t have) that I was going to be up charged for some of the 2XLs (that I didn’t even need or want in 2XL but I had so few choices).With the expectation of those charges being taken off (which was about $4), I was shocked to receive an email back telling me sorry with no offer for any discount at all. I have to say with a website that isn’t able to tell you what’s in stock with a combination of them not giving you a discount when you were up charged for things you didn’t even want, I will not be using this company again or referring them.

I had originally ordered a hoodie that needed some improvements. The Underground Printing customer service team was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensuring that the issue with the printing on the hoodie was corrected. They sent me several revision approvals and walked me through the whole process which was very easy.
When I received the replacement order I was so amazed at how well it was done. It exceeded my expectations and I was so happy with the final product.
In these current times, it is so easy to order something online, but when something goes wrong, some companies just abandon you and jump ship when you need help. I am happy to say that Underground Printing cares about their core customers and will not leave you hanging or abandon you if something goes wrong.

Read moreI've only used the online store, but I found Underground Printing to be really helpful! They had a good selection, gave me the freedom to design the shirt how I wanted to (i.e. I could take a pocket tee and put the design somewhere that wasn't the pocket), and let me order one T-shirt at a time. It was a little pricey, but not outrageous, and the screen printing looks good and seems durable! It arrived on time with no issues, and my dad loved his Christmas present. One thing I will say, and this isn't exactly a critique, just an observation, is that the edges of the words are a little jagged when you get up close and look at them. It's not at all noticeable from far away, just an up-close thing, and I don't know if that's just a feature of the font or what, but something to be aware of. It was also a little chemical-smelling when I took it out of the package, but nothing out of the ordinary for freshly printed T-shirts and the smell dissipated quickly.
