There is one young lady who has the worst customer service. When she is not there, everything goes well. When she is there, it's horrible. When pulling up to the speaker and stating my order, she interrupted me. She stated something about creamer and I informed her that I didn't want creamer, I told her that I wanted a half and half cappuccino and coffee, four pumps of carmel syrup, not any creamer. I then attempted to add that I wanted whipped cream and carmel drizzle and she interrupted me and told me to pull to the front window. Still at the speaker, I stated, I'm not sure if the speaker is functioning properly because you are interrupting me during my order. I then stated my completed order, but she kept telling me to pull up. I pulled up and there was no carmel drizzle and I only had cappuccino, no coffee. This is the second or third time I've experienced her rudeness and paid money for something I did not order. The other time (same young lady), she got my order wrong, took the coffee back through the window and told me to pull around to the front door. I'm not sure why I had to pull to the front door when there was no car behind me. When I pulled around and waited, she finally came out and she handed me my beverage and I asked her was this half coffee and she responded "yes hun" very rudely and gave an exaggerated exhale. I am certain, I am not the only one that has experienced her rudeness. I become so deflated when I see she is the one working the morning shift. I didn't get her name and I hope she is not the manager because that would be unfortunate for the staff and store as a whole. But this young lady worked today, January 7, 2025 in the morning shift. Read moreI normally don't leave reviews, especially if it doesn't show the establishment in a good light, but there phone is never operable so I can't call back and speak to someone. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrific. There a couple of employees, in particular, that work there in the mornings that NEVER smile, NEVER say hello or have a nice day. The energy of these particular employees is soo bad!!! They act as if they never want to be there and they pass that energy on to the customers with the service that they give. It is almost like you are bothering them for showing up. I get we live in a post covid world in which people don't want to work and it's hard to find consistent help, but this location really needs to evaluate their team, set some performance standards and shake the tree if necessary. Please do better and make your employees provide better customer service. You don't know what people have to do, to feed their family, to get that cup of coffee that may be the only joy in their day, and then they show up to your establishment and are greeted with attitude, rudeness, negative energy and a feeling of imposing on someone for a service that we are paying for. Read moreAs a person who likes Tim Hortons, I remember how excited I was when I learned they were building a location closer to my house a few years back. However, this location is definitely not open during their stated hours, and it doesn't seem like they open the actual store, so it's drive-thru only. I get that there's probably a staff shortage, but is it that difficult to post a sign saying drive-thru only or closed when they're not open during posted hours? I seriously tried stopping by today after work before 6pm. They were closed, I guess, but there was no sign saying this and the drive-thru signs looked normal. I don't know how profitable this location can be when they keep turning off would-be customers. I'm probably going to write this location off completely now, since today was just another instance in a string of disappointments for this location.
