My dog likes to go there and get a puppuccino last time we went they gave him a large somewhere on here there are pictures of him eating it in the car he made a real mess I didn't care cuz he's so cute and he was so happy and I was happy that day too because I didn't have enough money so I had to change my order and then I asked a million questions before deciding I still didn't have enough money and I got to the window and the man said don't worry about it it's on us today I almost cried I needed that coffee and I just was like really moved by his kindness I think he heard me counting out those quarters from my ashtray and realized oh my gosh I am so not trying to take all that change and count it I'll just give it to her wow it's just so refreshing because it just seems like there's so much anger and negativity out there in the world right now more than usual okay stay safe use the drive-through at Starbucks and don't forget to...

I usually go to the Starbucks on Carpenter but figured I’d stop here as I was driving by. Older woman with glasses was not friendly at all, in fact she was borderline rude, even though I made an effort to be friendly and say please and thank you multiple times while ordering. I ordered 2 shots of espresso with classic syrup and cream. She charged me $4.08, which very well may be what it’s supposed to cost. However I order this drink at several different Starbucks locations and am always charged $2.92. In fact, I left (not because of the price, because she was rude and unfriendly, yet working in a customer service position) and went to the Starbucks on Carpenter. A bit of an inconvenience and out of my way, however I was only charged $2.92 AND was greeted by a friendly barista working the drive through who asked how my day was going and was very friendly and nice. Extremely aggravated at the barista. I asked her if she could remake my coffee because it was stone cold. She argued with me that the creamer made it cold. I asked for 4 creams, how does it make a large coffee stone cold? My daughters and I come to this specific Starbucks a few times a week. My interaction with this woman was rude, and she goes "what do you want me to do about it" I asked her to remake the coffee because I'd like it to at least be warm and she said putting cream in would just make it cold again so she would NOT make me a new one, I ended up throwing it away, I'm not drinking cold coffee. I have NEVER had coffee creamer make my coffee stone cold unless half the cup is creamer. I'm so disappointed. We will not be back and will seek out another store to go to, where the employees aren't so freakin rude. Her bad attitude was terrible, giving me dirty looks because I wanted my coffee fixed...
