Subway — Restaurant in Ypsilanti Charter Township

So if you are the person who owns this subway, your wknd employees (particularly those who worked from 2-4 pm 4/27/19) are giving away your inventory for free to there freinds, 3 of which (those that don't work there) were behind counter. 1st person I saw behind counter, was just making a sandwich, never acknowledged me and then went to the back. There was no one upfront for 10 mins, then an employee came up told me they didn't have meatballs or fresh bread other than wheat.

If I have to pay 9 dollars for a little meat and veggies & a tiny bag of chips, I'm definately calling out employees who give away free food their freinds & provide no customer service to actual paying customers!

I've had many bad experiences at this location. Most recently, I've attempted going there to pick up dinner at around 6:30 PM on Wednesday 12/18 and again at around 7:30 PM on Friday 12/20, only to find a locked door and a lone employee inside doing nothing both times.

The first time, the young man working made eye contact with us through the glass but didn't gesture or say anything to inform us they were closed. The sign on the door said they were open until 9, so we were confused... but the employee continued to mess around on his phone behind the counter and didn't let us in or tell us what was going on.

The second time was very similar, only it was a young woman inside, and she worked very hard to avoid making eye contact with us altogether as we tried the locked door, very clearly just ignoring us. Super...

So disappointed. The owner she is absolutely lovely but she just can’t seem to get good help. I’ve been a regular for her for months given her good reviews to cooperate she and I have a great relationship even willing to give discounts when times are tough. I got in there and there was a gentleman names Marcus atleast so he says that was his name and he was so rude and stingy with everything. I got a wrap the size of a hotdog and he refused to cut my tomato in half for me and said “this ain’t a salad bar I’m not doing that” gave me an attitude and on top of everything wasn’t wearing his mask properly while preparing my food.
