Family's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Ypsilanti

All these years I've drove by here. And a lover of fried delights. I assume the store was just never open when I needed it. I'm glad I came in, for the enjoyment of my tastebuds. I ordered a four piece white meat meal. Everything was pretty tasty. The lady helping me wasn't bad either. But she did properly tell me that the dining room was closed. I don't eat meat, but I tagged along with a friend, and I'm so very glad I did. In their dessert and drinks refrigerator, they had Eli's Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. It's my favorite, and I hadn't seen it in years. I asked the lady at the counter where they buy it from, but she didn't seem to know. oh well. A true pleasant surprise.

I have been passively looking for a good Hoagie for a minute now and I now have to look no further. Went in yesterday for their Tuesday hoagie special and it was the bomb!

Not too crazy on the seasoning, but the beef had great flavor, the cheese tasted great, and the beef was dripping but not with grease so it felt great eating too!
