Celebrating Nat'l Dog Day ...First off, we did the drive thru so the atmosphere was great in the car. Donuts are always great, here! Service... Guy with the microphone misquoted munchkin sizes. Apparently you can't get the 3 or 5 pack anymore so I paid for and got a 7 pack (for the dogs). The guy with the microphone also misquoted the pup cup sizes as I requested a small & a large (Chihuahua & Pitbull sizes). Was told all they have is one size. At the window I received a large & a small as requested. The girl definitely knew more than the guy working the headset. The girl at the window didn't offer me a senior citizen discount though. After paying over $15 for 7 blueberry munchkins, 6 old fashioned plain donuts, 2 pup cups (which I remembered as free) and no drinks, I asked if they have a senior citizen discount. The answer was yes but, I didn't want to hold up traffic. I'll have to remember to ask for it next time. DD has always been a bit pricey but IDK how they can stay in business with prices like these. The caramel latte is bomb, just don't ask for decaf cause it doesn't taste the same. They fill the cup full of ice and for some reason they can't comprehend the term "easy ice", no matter how many times you ask for it. Then they take forever to fix your drink if you let them know they didn't give you easy ice. Don't understand why it would take another 5 minutes to fix but that's how long it took in one occasion. It doesn't seem to happen if I order inside but it always happens when I order through the drive thru.

Update: They are still doing it. The last two visits they filled my drink half way with ice even though I had asked for "easy ice" and when I told them I wanted less ice they responded that "it was less ice". If I am asking for less ice then that is how I want it. I don't need to be told that "it is" even though more than half the cup is still full of ice. Just give it to me how I want it. What happened to good cutomer service? Hate this place. Oh and in one occasion I asked for "no ice" and they still put ice in my drink. I just can't with people who just don't understand the...

I’ve had bad experiences at this location more than once. The problem I have is that anytime there is holiday promotion of special donuts they never seem to have any. I went in the drive thru the morning before Valentines day to get half a dozen donuts with the heart sprinkles. I was told they didn’t have any left. I said okay thanks i’ll try tomorrow morning . The employee stopped me and said they do have the sprinkles but they were saving those decorations for Valentines Day morning. Are you kidding me? Not only did she initially lie to me but she turned away a paying customer. What kind of successful business does this? So, today Feb 14th I go in at 630am to try and order half a dozen sprinkled donuts. Sadly, they were already sold out! This is unacceptable for a donut shop to run out of specialty donuts that are being promoted. This is false advertising. I’m not certain why this is. Is the management not ordering enough decorating supplies or are they simply lazy? Either way I will not be returning. I miss Krispy Kreme I never had any...
