McDonald's — Restaurant in Yuba City

The past couple of times that I've been to this particular restaurant they've either left out an item or two or they just messed up the entire order. It was this last visit though that was the worst. I sat in the seating are & waited 28 mins for my order. After 20 mins I heard the person gathering up my order ask if the handmade my specialty burger yet & the person on the other side replied by saying,"yes. Like 5 mins ago. What its not up there?" and the 1st person answeredback,"no. Could u please just make another one?" Then 8 mins later she comes up & calls my number (mind u they all ready called 4 that were ahead of me & 3 orders that were after mine). As I'm collecting my order I tell the girl "This is insane. I have been waiting 28 mins. The last 4 times I've bought something here I've had awful service!" She relies by saying, "I don't know what to tell u. We are very busy."and then walks away. Which i feel was rude on a whole northern level. When I got back to my car I called the store while inside the parking lot & it sounded (I could be wrong) just like the same girl who handed me my order. When I asked to speak with a manager she hung up on me. When I called back it went to a recording & then tocorp in which I was put on hold with corp for another 20 mins. I finally said to myself, "screw it" & hung up. I will not be going back to that location EVER AGAIN!!! I would rather drive ALL the way to Msvl then go back there. At least the Msvl store has a nicer work crew then that particular Yuba...

It's Micky Dee's! What can you say. The place was clean, the usual food quality. We, a party of 3, ordered and paid using the job robbing panel inside the door, took a number tent and sat down. Quite a bit longer than it would have taken to go to the counter etc (I think there was about two others in the place we made 5. A guy came to the table loaded with bags and apologized for there being no trays, and if we needed trays they would wash them and bring them to us. We were there for the food, we got the food so it seemed silly to me to want to wait for trays so we ripped open the bags and made our own.. I have heard all kinds of excuses for all kind of things in restaurants. But running out of food trays was one of the top three. What happened? Washer blew a fuse ? Everything was up to the normal standards, but no trays? The crews are cut to an absolute minimum and Sunday, late lunch it would be a supervisor on charge and this is where sleeves get rolled up and who ever was in charge dives into the sink and gets trays washed and ready for use, pronto. Silly occurrence, but one that played a major part in the appearance and worthiness of the store. I personally laughed it off having done my bit in the food game as a kid. I wondered how many people in the crew were sweating buckets in the heatwave and on the wrong end of the extra shouting and bad feelings caused by no trays for...

When I got there no one was paying attention to the inside front counter. I had my car running with my fiancé in the car and it took so long I had to go turn my car off. When I ordered I asked for extra extra Oreos and offered to pay twice In which he replied “u don’t have to I got you” (manager just so u know) when my order was ready he claimed to layer it through out my ice cream and I thanked him. When I got home and started to eat my small fries were completely stale and had NO SALT WHAT SO EVER. I cannot make this up. Hardest fries I’ve ever received. My McDouble had gross burnt char all over the outside and the ketchup tasted like it sat out all day. It was disgusting I ended up throwing my food in the trash after just two bites of each item. My McFlurry btw had barely any Oreos what so ever. I tried to call to get a refund since it looked like I wasn’t going to eat what I had bought and I called a total of 7 times and got sent to some “messaging service”. The tall black girl has an attitude problem and can’t handle working under pressure and the manager with the mustache likes to lie about making it correctly. I can’t believe they act like that but think they deserve 20 an hour I make less and can do more then they can. They were struggling to get out orders with barley any business even going on. It’s sad and I see them going out of business very soon....
