I went in today with a friend of mine to get the $5 biggie bags they're $5 baby bag is now $8 it's an astronomical amount of money to charge when everybody else has gone down doing deals for $5. I went ahead and ordered the $6 one which was a junior bacon cheeseburger. I used the coupon for getting a junior bacon cheeseburger for $1 with any purchase they scan my code the computer messed up. They would not honor the code again because it was gone because they already scanned it but he had already scanned it and their computer messed up. Is undecided to say it was okay the manager okayed it I ordered a medium strawberry lemonade with the $6 biggie bag and the $1 junior bacon cheeseburger. They never gave me my second hamburger that was supposed to be in for the dollar and they argue with me about it and acted like I was a criminal they ended up giving it to me but it's just not that great anymore their food quality has gone down their staff likes to argue they don't want to listen and their french fries were soggy as hell. This is a yuba City location. These teenagers get paid $20 an hour and don't know how to use a touchscreen to ring people up. I will never go back there again to eat. I hate the fact that their commercials advertised deals but in the fine print it says not available in Hawaii Alaska and California where it says prices may vary. That's a big hike up from $5 to $8 and the employees don't know what they're doing. The restaurant was hot and had a million flies in there and it just was not sanitary either. I used to like going there but now I just won't ever go back. They need to be competitive with their prices but jumping up something that is supposed to be $5 to something almost double the price is not good for me and the service sucked I mean if the food was good and the service was good I could look past that. But they've...
Read moreWe just came here. As we pulled up there was a homeless person standing at the speaker. This made us feel very uncomfortable ordering right there because he would be right outside our car with our window rolled down we were concerned for our safety. With this being said we decided to try and go to the window to order our food and while waiting there for about 5 minutes, the woman at the window while helping another customer raised her voice at us with attitude and claimed" You can go to the speaker it works." As we tried to explain our situation we were met with more attitude until I decided to get out of the car to nicely explain the situation and see if it would be fine to order our food there. She claimed" Theres nothing we can do." Now as someone who has worked in the fast food industry, I know it can be pretty stressful sometimes so I try to understand and not give too many problems but the situation was handled very rudely and was very unprofessional. Continuing from that, working from the industry I know you can do something about the homeless guy situation but if they didn't want to handle him it would have been really nice if she could just take our order at the window knowing we were uncomfortable about safety and we wouldn't have minded pulling to the front to wait for our food. Over all it was a terrible experience, we ended up going to In and Out, at least there we are always met with great...
Read moreThe people who work behind the counter should be there to help you, not argue with you. I purchased 2 four for 4's and an extra nugget, I asked for an extra sauce and was told they would charge me, that's fine I purchased 2. I sit down and realize they have forgotten to give me my extra nugget. I go back and tell them they forgot it, so they give me the nuggets and I ask for a BBQ sauce for those nuggets. The lady states I'm sure I have already given you several, I stated no you are wrong I got my sauces that came with the nuggets with the 4 for 4, and I paid for the rest. The girl named Veda starts to argue with me and she was called by name by someone working at the restaurant, basically to have her shut up as they could tell she was being rude. I went to sit down and someone brought me out 2 extra sauces and apologized. Thanks for the sauces but if you are willing to lose customers over a. 32 cent cost of a sauce then you should probably close your doors to the public. Losing one customer doesn't matter, but if you can't control your employees you are surly going to...
