I pre-ordered the Galaxy S8 and picked it up the day it came out from this store. I purchased an accessory bundle to go with it (car charger, screen protector and case). I wound up taking the case and screen protector back to the store to get a refund on 5-16-2017. Neither one were functioning properly. No big deal, I just wanted a refund. They took their products back without any issues and were suppose to issue my money back to my card. I called back on Thursday (5-25-2017) asking why my money had not been returned and I was told that it should be on my card by the end of the day Friday (5-26-2017) to call back if not. I called again late Friday afternoon inquiring about the return again and the woman I spoke with was helpful, at first, in trying to figure out what was going on. She told me it would be back on my card by 6-5-2017. I told her no that that was not Okay. It doesn't take 3 weeks to refund money after a return and that they had their product back. She told me there was nothing else she could do and that my money would be back on my card by June 5th, with an attitude. So, I told her that I would not be coming back to their store if that's how careless she treated people. She replied back "OK. That's fine. Have a good day!" then hung up. I went by the store the following morning to bring it to the managers attention. He told me the employee doing the return messed up the return, but he assured me it had been corrected and showed me his computer screen. I addressed the female employee and the snotty attitude. He didn't seem to concerned and literally snickered at the situation after I pressed him about her attitude again. I lost my patience at that point. I had to ask THREE times for his bosses number before he gave it to me. He was trying to back track and see if there was "anything he could do". After I left the store I contacted the regional manager and explained to him what had happened. He agreed that it should've only taken 24-48 hours for the money to go back on my card and that he doesn't know why she said by June 5th being that she can't see/doesn't show that kind of information. Read moreI went in yesterday with my sister, and since she is older, I held the door open for her. A gentleman approached her and I came in and stood right next to her and he asked her her name, she told him, he repeated it, then introduced himself and said let's go over to my desk. He completely ignored me as he did not ask my name or at least extend his hand for a handshake like he had done for my sister. There is no excuse for that level of rudeness or unprofessionalism, and because of it, we did not stay very long and we went to BestBuy and set up our Verizon account there. We could not have been treated more graciously, not only by the person homefirst assisted us, and then when he handed us of to the next person who does the paperwork, he introduced us to her and her to us, and then said if I can help any further please let me know. I look forward to getting my Galaxy 9 on Saturday as they are not even coming out until Friday! As a matter of fact, since they were so friendly and we had such a good time while working on the paperwork, I am baking muffins to take in on Saturday when I pick up my phone Oh, almost forgot.... I'm picking up Starbucks as well because that's how I roll! While in the store waiting for setup walking around trying out my new watch I knew it was probably going to be to big but the sales rep said just try it on and when the watch you ordered for your daughter comes in you can just exchange it. We'll go in to pick up watch for my daughter and told them my watch didn't work out and needed to exchange it. I was told I had to pay a $50 restocking fee that I was told nothing about. Left still waiting for my phone I ordered. Came back when it came in, was told I wasn't going to be charged restocking fee but there was no watches in stock. Order the one I want come back to pick it up just to be told I needed to pay a restocking fee, manager was no help. He told me I would have to wait until Saturday when the worker showed up. With did I but this phone from a random guy off the street or verizon? Why would I have to wait for some random worker when I purchased from Verizon. Won't be back to this store for any future purchases. Customer service said they couldn't do much since I bought it in-store. 🙄 GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE IF YOU WANT GOOD OR TIMELY SERVICE.
