HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!BEWARE!! I'm not sure about any of these good reviews but this is by far the worst hotel my fiance and I have ever stayed at, and we have driven across country 4 times in the past four years. One they were so rude a man named Ceasar helped us out and he was very rude to begin with and we were overly nice to him. We have already spent days on the road driving across country we stayed an extra day here because we were so tired. We both do not smoke and NEVER have and we were charged 500.00 an extra 300.00 because they accused us of smoking the first time we called. We have never smoked in our lifes and nor would we ever smoke in a room we stay in, thats filthy. Then my fiance got ahold of the manager Josh there for a second time, and he was arguing about our service dog and that she was left in the room alone and they said they "saw it on camera", which she was never once left not attended, and still refused to give our money back mind you there were ants crawling up the wall and then there was nothing said about the smoking the second time we called it was all about our dog and I was in the room the whole time with her, my fiance even went to the front desk to explain that she barks because when he walks out of the room or his PTSD is really bad from serving our country, and the man said he had heard of this before and that was that. These people are thiefs and stole our money for no good reason, and put us on a very difficult situation because we have a spending limit per day, so they really just screwed us and it's unfortunate because every other best Western and LA Quinta INN and Holiday INN We stayed at didn't do this and were so so nice, and we are from California and not even people from CA would show you such disgusting hospitality, and thats saying alot. People like this make me sick and no wonder there was no one staying there. I'm sorry but if I were you do not stay here or I'm sure you will be in for a rude awakening. :/ Check every other hotel before you stay here!!! && I never leave reviews and I was inclined to do so because of how upset this has made me. Please I hope you all see this review and you fix this ASAP, because we will be contacting corporate and getting our money back.
Best regards,
Ashley...
Read moreThis place is a toddler death trap. I had to move EVERYTHING out of reach because for no reason at all, everything is at the perfect grabbing reach of a 2 year old. The siding is coming off of the walls. As far as service goes, we ordered some door dash and the front desk asked the dasher to leave it at the front desk. They didn't call our room to tell us, they did not bring it to the room, nothing. So I thought our food had been stolen, fully assuming it wasn't delivered. Then got a message from doorfash saying it was the front desk because they did not allow the delivery person to bring orders to rooms. Husband went down there and no one was at the counter. The food was just sitting there cold. I have a toddler AND a 10 month old, so more information for parents is that they did not have a pack and play, they have a metal bar crib that you will not want to use for your baby. The milk served for continental breakfast is NOT FRESH, the expire date shows that, I have pictures, can't give that to my toddler! I could go on and on... We are on a trip where we moved from Virginia all the way here, and we aren't settled in yet, so we had to stay here. The location is prime, and while that is good, it is disheartening that this was the best option location wise. If this review allows me to add all of my photos I will!!! Side note, if you do not have small babies or toddlers, this place will be just fine I am sure! However families should beware and maybe find a better spot to...
Read moreAfter traveling for 8 hours we were rudely told we could not stay at this property because it wasn’t pet friendly. The problem is our dog is a registered service dog covered under ADA laws. The General Manager, Melvin Wilson, said to me, there’s no such thing and you have to leave! Now, this is after we checked in, and prior to checking in I called the hotel to alert them to our situation. I do this every time to make sure that the hotel is aware of our needs, and to provide them with an opportunity to express to me any concerns. Up until this hotel I’ve never had an issue and we’ve stayed at many, many Marriott properties over the past 5 years with our service dog. ||||So, there we are stuck in Yukon, OK, just outside Oklahoma City, with no place to stay. The stress it created was significant, and after making a few calls and doing some research in the parking lot we secured another hotel. We had to drive an extra 20 miles, and deal with OKC traffic and congestion but they welcomed all three of us and it was a very nice evening after an unbelievably terrible experience at the Fairfield Inn, thanks to GM Wilson. He has since apologized but the damage is done. It cost me an extra couple hundred bucks and a lot of stress that a senior citizen couple traveling cross country didn’t need. Stay...
