I came to this location for the first time yesterday at 6:06pm two other people were in front of me waiting to be served. The woman in front of me said she had been waiting for a while, another customer walked in and proceeded to wait eventually she realized we would not be helped or acknowledged and she left.
I continued to wait with the other customers until a young man came to the register and helped the woman that had been waiting she had to explain to him multiple times that she had a card from Marcos he could not figure out how to slide the card as though he had not been trained to work on the register. The customer had to instruct him on how to do the transaction and he still could not complete the service. The woman then decides to pay with a card and end the interaction.
I’m next in line I order a large Pepperoni magnifico and a regular garden salad the same young man tells me it’ll be 15 minutes and walks away never to be seen again. I’m waiting for a long period of time when a woman comes to the register to ask what my order was I give her my order along with the receipt and she says she’ll check.
I learned that this woman’s name is Laurie hopefully I’m spelling it correctly. She asked the long haired older man about my order and he says he forgot to put it in, after putting the order in he also says he’s not sure if he even got the cheese right while laughing. (Please make your employees aware we CAN hear them from the register)
Laurie is the only employee that acknowledged my existence and apologized for my order taking so long. My order wasn’t completed until 6:40. The original employee that took my order left the store without apologizing for not completing my order.
The pizza was over cooked and tasted completely different from the usual pepperoni magnifico I’ve had multiple times from other Marco’s locations. I’m assuming the difference is the fact that he got the cheese wrong and did not care enough to fix the problem.
Horrible experience very thankful to Laurie for trying to fix the situation this location was extremely...
Read moreThe worse! I placed a carry out order at 6:15 pm that was supposed to be ready by 6:40pm. My husband arrived even later just to give them more time and they hadn’t even started on the order. They told him to wait an additional 10-15 mins which he did. While he waited patiently people were walking in and out with their pizzas. My husband then asked them what’s taking them so long since it had been 20 mins. They said “ oh we can’t find your order. What was your order again so we can start it?” Like why couldn’t they even ask him since he was just sitting there waiting anyway.
This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I hope they come thru with the refund on our order! I mean that’s the least they can do!
Now I’m left with a pizza pregnancy craving and a toddler crying wanting Marcos pizza.
Thanks to the workers there that didn’t know how to do their job.
I suggest calling after placing your order to confirm they are...
Read moreI understand that the tracking isn't exactly accurate but when it tells me a time, I usually show up a little early. I checked as I arrived and it said it's still in prep but should be ready in about 3 minutes. I wait the 3 minutes and go in, it's not busy, the phone isn't ringing, and a single pizza is at the beginning of the track in the oven being cooked... I waited an extra 10 minutes because these guys didn't care to start my order until I pulled up in the lot. This tells me they could care less as to getting a customer his order in a timely manner. They barely greeted me at the door, what I was there to place a new order? They just ignored me until the pizza was finished, which it sat at the end of the oven for additional few minutes before anyone checked that... Twice now I've gotten less than acceptable service. What happened to this place? They used...
