Update 3/23/2022: Prices have gone way up on several items. A well used punching bag with markings all over it was selling for $79.99. There was a gaming chair selling for $129.99. Harry Potter well used CD audiobooks were $39.99 each. There are still deals to be found, but it takes a lot more searching and some things are actually rip-offs now and better off buying new or looking elsewhere. If you are active military or a veteran make sure to ask for a 10% discount after showing proof.
Update 10/29/2018: They have changed the way the clothes are organized, so I'll bump you up a star. Thank you, it's so much easier now!
Original Review: An alright place to get used goods at decent prices. The staff for the most part has always been very friendly to me whether I'm dropping off or buying stuff. I do like that they have a program for adults with special needs, because my own son is on the autism spectrum. I do completely agree with the other reviewers that it takes way too long and is much too difficult to shop for clothes here, because they do not put them by size and sometimes have girls with guys. They desperately need to change that back as it makes it easier for everyone to find what they want by the sizes you carry more...

The clothes are a bit misplaced and jumbled up but I expect that has more to do with other customers not taking the time to put the clothes back in the correct places more than the employees doing.
Need more signs and information to point you to the places that you’re looking for! There were little signs at the beginning of the isles but it only had the information on the front side so you had to walk to the other side of the isle to see what the sign says.
The employees were a bit slow and acted kinda unfriendly if I’m being honest.😬 No small talk, no questions asked, just checked us out silently..😐
Also while I was in the dressing room my partner was standing out waiting for me and a worker came by to open the dressing rooms for other people and asked if anyone knew which ones were occupied so my partner said TWICE that the one I was in that he was standing in front of was occupied and she ignored him completely and just started yanking aggressively on my door handle until I said that I was in there.. made me...
Read moreHalf and half.. I completely understand why prices raise, so it for charity.. they are trying to raise as much as they can. But when the prices are over retail prices than there is an issue with pricing. Old pair of Lucky jeans priced as 25? Cheap Asian decor was tagged with original prices still attached priced cheap but selling more than triple it’s retail. You can find great stuff for a bargain. But there are items that are crazy triple priced vs retail. Go to Ross or walk stores down to get a bargain. You would still have extra money to donate to other churches in need. I thought thrift stores are to help the community and charity? But selling an overused sweater with a pair of jeans for more than 35? I might think again. Great for charity. Although resellers go there, there are also people who go there to buy to help others. Is it affordable? Maybe and maybe not! But like any other place it’s a hit or miss. Staff is...
