Freedom Trail Park truly stands out for its thoughtful design. The main playground forgoes a traditional setup for a more engaging tactical course, which challenges kids while keeping them entertained. The entire play area is covered in a rubberized, fall-safe material, which immediately puts a parent's mind at ease. Furthermore, the commitment to making the space safe and accessible for people with disabilities is commendable and very well executed. Beyond the excellent playground, the splash pad offers a fun way to cool down. We found the park to be pleasantly un-crowded, allowing for a more relaxed experience. Parents will love the abundance of nearby seating, which allows you to supervise your children without having to hover. It is due to them nesting, as in laying eggs, so they are "protective" of those eggs. They are mostly harmless and as long as you allow them space they will mostly leave you alone. Other than that the park is wonderful, it is mine and my daughter's favorite place to go in town. Thanks... and you will...
