Panda Express — Restaurant in Yulee

So. I love PE, been to this location a handful of times, tried a variety of dishes. I’ve also been to the River City location and out of state locations. This one the staff just seems so hit and miss on if they’re just going to stare at you until YOU initiate the conversation/order, if they’re going to talk at all, or if they’re going to be friendly. This particular visit, the one we were to give our order to didn’t say hi or ask what she could get us, etc. just stared at us or looked around the room. We initiated the conversation, ordered and made our way down. Second person at least asked if there was anything else. Person who did the actual cashing out was helpful, letting us know there were also fountain drinks if we preferred when she saw us grabbing bottled drinks. Our food was alright. My orange chicken, although seemingly fresh as they had literally just replaced the bowl, was rather crunchy and kind of dry. I remember having the same issue with other dishes at this location being crunchy/dry and even sticking to my teeth which was a first time experience for me at any PE. The inside dining is nice though. Pretty clean. Learned some fun facts via the two big TVs on one end scrolling the same info at the same time (seemed odd they’re literally showing the same info at the same time and literally right next to each other on the wall). I’ve come here numerous times and have always had a decent experience. I never been treated with such disrespect from a drive-through before. I ordered my food and asked if they could put sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, or duck sauce if they have any. I pulled up to the window, paid, and checked my bag to make sure the sauces were there. Often times fast food places forget things like that which is totally fine. So I double check. I noticed there’s just a few packets of sweet-and-sour sauce. So I waited at the window for her to open again and ask her politely if there’s anyway I could get some soy sauce. She turned around, grabs a heap of sauces with both hands full, they are literally falling out of her hand outside of my car and just shoves it in my hand, roll her eyes and close the window. I wish she got an attitude because I asked for something crazy and took up so much of her time. But I just asked for soy sauce, like I initially did when I ordered. Usually the drive-through is quite nice. I have never seen her before, she is incredibly rude and needs to Not work drive-through. She had dark hair, and this was...

We eat at this location often and usually have a great experience. That was not the case tonight. Acknowledging that we arrived 40 minutes before closing, I completely understood when the drive thru attendant advised it would be an 8-10 minute wait for the orange chicken and fried rice, 20 minutes later and she said it would be another 3 minutes. We had also ordered a sweet tea, that we had not received, and when I inquired, I was told "oh, sorry they just poured out all of the tea, you'll have to pick something else."

If you close at 10:00p but clean everything up before 9:30p, you should advertise that no orders will be taken after a specific time so that customers aren't waiting 30 minutes for an order. This was definitely a...
