Went to lunch with my husband today and the server, a young male, did not seem overly excited about waiting on us. He did not have a cheery greeting and he did not enunciate clearly when he spoke to us. We ordered drinks and sat there for a while when a very nice female server noticed us and came over to get our drink and menu order. She left and shortly thereafter, our male server returned with our drinks. He took our order and we waited for our meal to arrive. When it did, he delivered my meal but not my husbands. We waited almost another 5 minutes for his meal and subsequently my meal started to get cold. When I opened up the napkin with the fork and knife, the silverware appeared not to be clean. Maybe they need to service their dishwasher??? I finally found a knife that I could use but I had to open up 3 other packets before I found one that was suitable. In all fairness, our server did come back to check on us, but he did so as a walk-by and never fully stopped to pay full attention to us. We really felt as if his heart wasn't in his job. In the food service industry, excellent customer service can make or break a company. Today, we felt like the customer service he presented was less than stellar; therefore, we really don't feel like we will return to this particular restaurant. The one star is a reflection on the service, not the food. One more thing, the place was filthy and the table felt greasy....
Read moreI did give them a 5 star 9 mo ago BUT 12/15/22 ..For starters your website wouldn't let me order pickup only delivery as usual. The Manager on duty would not honor the online pricing even though there website was not working. Completely not caring,and found my complaint amusing and didn't care told me there are different pricing for online, pickup and walk in. Even though the website still had Taste master on it she wouldn't honor saying that was discontinued. Then she told me that the 12 bone in wings were 22.99. just last month they only charged me 16.99. And as for my order there was only 11of them. I also requested extra Pepperoni which I didn't receive and I only live 3 min from the store by the time I got it home is was cold. Thank god they invented a microwave (which then turns it to rubber) I felt completely disrespected. I have been a local Pizza Hut customer for almost 30 years. Since moving from Casa Grande to Yuma I have yet to receive Rewards till I asked them on this order in the store. She didn't care and now you have lost a faithful customer. This is not the only place I will be posting this I would like everyone to know what to expect from the Yuma...

Twenty minutes later that same waitress asked is if we had been helped yet..."nope!" She was kind enough to let say that even though we weren't in her Section she would take care of us. As we began to eat, we noticed things that begin to pop out. For example, the tables that left weren't cleaned right away. And even after they were finally cleaned (10 minutes later) they still looked like a complete mess. The windows also needed some work along with the blinds that were extremely dusty. Gave us a bit of an uncomfortable feeling due to the fact that we felt like we were eating in a dirty pig sty....
