I shop here because you carry my favorite wine ya'll turned me onto-& your staff is AWESOME- until 35 minutes ago. I stopped for my case of Ultra. Walked in- opened the cooler door- and out flies a 12 pack of Stella bottles. I had absolutely no reaction time to catch the falling 12 pack. Im like OMG! So I picked it up-& set it outside the cooler. I planned to grab my case-& head up to tell someone what had just happened. Your female employee was NOT nice-& felt I did it on purpose-she said-"Well you DID say OMG"....as if I purposely dropped it! & should pay for it! I told her if I did it on purpose- Id own it and pay for it- but the 12 pack just flew outta the cooler as I opened the door. She still looked at me nasty-as if I did this on purpose! I then said, "Am I on camera," and her repsponse was, "Of course you are!" I then said good- review your camera-& you will see EXACTLY what happened! I told her yet again- if I did it- Id own it-& pay for it! So- after that- I go to pay for my beer-& thinking- why am I buying beer here after THAT?! As I was paying- I told your male employee- I didnt drop the 12 pack of Stella on purpose-& the gal was not very nice. He actually said it couldve been his fault-as he stocked the cooler. I also told him to please review the camera- so you could see I didnt just walk in-& drop a 12 pack of beer! Kudos to your kind male employee-& no kudos to your nasty female employee. I remember the days of "The customer is always right"- sad...

In short, it’s what you’d expect from a liquor store that has just about everything you need for anyone 21 years or older including tobacco. Well lit, passably clean but narrow aisles, music playing ranging from tolerable to annoying, employees that are good for what they need to do.

Today was my first visit here and from looking at previous reviews as well here’s some informed notes.

Selection is great. The store seems mostly well organized too, a nice bonus. Cans, bottles, growlers, and boxes. All various sizes, prices seem reasonable.

The employees seem to be one of two varieties; some of them apparently are enthusiastic and helpful while some of them kind of seem like cash-registering-bumps-on-a-log. Can you really blame...

Good selection but check the dates... Yuma Beverage House has one of the best varieties in Yuma but they have a lot of bombers that are WAAAAAY out of date. My girlfriend bought me a selection of assorted bombers as an early Christmas gift at regular price despite the fact that one was more than 9 months expired. In fact all four bombers that they sold her were expired. She knows nothing about beer so she asked for some help selecting a variety. Did they sell her expired beer purposel? Who knows, but if they are going to sell expired product it should be at a discounted price and their stock should be sorted regularly to ensure they don't have expired product setting out for sale at...
