I would not recommend buying from this store when the blonde and brunette ladies are working. They treated my family and I horribly when asking to have our phones activated. This is after having them ordered from this store. The blonde worker said she was activating it out of âcourtesyâ and she technically didnât have to do this. Neither did them were wearing masks to add to that. It took one of my family member having an illness to get one of your workers to wear a mask and her reason behind not wearing it was that she was standing six feet apart. Given, the other worker(brunette) was behind the plastic wall. My family member that is at high risk is our main person on the line so they had to come. Your worker was not properly social distancing when we started the process to activate my family memberâs phone even when she gave her reason. The blonde worker stated the internet was not working so it would take forever to activate our three phones, so we just asked for one. She was still saying it would still take forever and she would have to keep the phone after if it took till closing. We started the process at 3:40pm and the store closes at 6pm. We ended up going to at&t in fortuna and getting all three of our phones activated before the closing time(6pm).Also the blonde worker never asked for my family memberâs ID when picking up our phones. That in itself makes me very concern. She stated my family members were just being bad customers and that was her reason for all the treatment she has given us till we left. I wouldnât recommend going there. It is not worth going to this store if you have to flip a coin to guess what service you are getting. I still have more about our experience when picking up our phone and trying to get them activated, but itâs not worth to make this even longer. I was looking to trade in my current I phone and upgrade to the new I phone 15 pro max and was able to do so without delay. Jonathen immediately gathered all my info and started the process. Before I knew it , my phone was ordered. I received my new phone the very next day which was very surprising and unexpected. Upon receiving my phone , I went into the store and Jonathen helped activate and transfer all my information to my new I phone 15 pro max . Didnât receive any greeting or notice that I was there sat down. Waited over an hour just to be asked what I needed, and it was to replace a screen protector. I hope a manager is reading thisâŚ.
