Furniture Land Yuma — Local services in Yuma

There is a wide variety of different types of living room, bedroom and dining furniture. When we went to look at the furniture and placed it on layaway, the experience was good. After that, the customer service wasn't that great. We ordered living room furniture and a dining set. When it came time for delivery, the first thing that I was not happy about was that they contacted me the day that they wanted to deliver the furniture. When they came to deliver the entertainment stand, coffee table and the sectional sofa, the sofa color was not what we ordered. When I contacted the store, I was told that the color that was delivered was the color that was ordered. Luckily, I had my original receipt which had the color that we wanted. So, they said that they were going to order the sofa and it would take approximately two weeks for the furniture to be delivered. Once again, I had to contact the store to find out the status of the sofa and I was told that was going to be delivered with the dining set that we ordered. When it came time for delivery, the two end pieces of the sectional were the right color but the center piece was a different color. Once again, not very happy because the store knew about the issue but did not tell me until after I called them to complain. Not very happy with the customer service that I experienced, I spoke with the owner who said that he was going to make it right and that he would work on getting something for us for the inconvenience that we experienced. They had to order the right color for the corner piece and we had to wait for approximately two weeks for it to arrive. Again, I had to call the store to find out the status and was told that the piece would be delivered later that week. I never received a call the day that the delivery was taking place until the truck was already at my house and the employees were waiting. So, if you are looking at buying furniture from this business just be aware that the customer service is not the best especially after the sale and I am still waiting to hear back from the owner on how he was planning on making things...

Literally no other store was willing to sell us the furniture we needed without waiting for 3-12 weeks. We had tried Ashelys furniture and furniture Row prior to going to Furniture Land and both made promises, shook my husband’s hand, and totally screwed us!

Furniture land let us buy what we saw and had it delivered in days just as they promised!

Our furniture is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and was even delivered 20 minutes early!!

AND their prices are better at furniture Land and it is literally the same brands as the other stores!!

I am so grateful because our house had been stuck in chaos waiting for the other stores. Now we can finally put everything away and enjoy!!

On July 12th I bought a 5 piece dining room table and chairs. Well when it was delivered one of the chars had a rip in it. So I did what I was told to do and that was to send a picture. One of the delivery guys also saw the rip and he also took a picture of it. I have been going back to the store every so often and as soon as the owner/manager sees me he goes to the back. I have talked to both females that work there and they both have told me that they are waiting for the company. A day after I sent the pictures I called and they did tell me that the company sent a chair but it was the wrong color.
