I recently visited this location, via the drive thru, and ordered 2 Big Buford sandwiches for myself and a coworker. All around the restaurant there are huge poster board signs that say, "Big Buford, Buy one, get one for $1", even the marquee on the Rallys sign said the same. I order, go to pay and find my total to be almost $20, for the 2 burgers and mozzarella sticks, which is significantly more than it should have been with the BOGO deal. So I asked, "aren't the burgers Buy one get one for $1?" I was told by the woman in the drive thru window that they only honor that promotion if you mention the promotion when you order. Lmao, ummm...ok. After a couple eyerolls, she changed my total to reflect the promotion price and gave me my order. I just gotta say, whether that policy reflects that store only or if it's a company wide corporate policy, it's one of the shadiest things I've ever seen. Usually great service but there was one day when an employee( not even a manager) came out and demanded a group of customers show him their reciept for their food and although it wasn't my table he upset my children very much and kept demanding he show them all the food in their bags because he had put another order up and mixes it in with their bags and they took it. Well even if they had mistakenly taken the bags you can't just come out yelling at customers but once a bag leaves the counter it cannot be given to another customer. I went and complained to the manager because he was really upsetting my children and she had told him not to go out and do that and he dis it anyway disturbing everyone that eating there and nothing was done to the customers to make up for the chaos that this man had started.and although I usually ate there I will never do so again due to the terrible...
