Pulling in the drive through I asked for 2 ...3 piece meals, she repeated with just 1 I said I'm sorry but I want 2 of those and a 5 piece shrimp, this is 330 on February 2nd, not a busy time she never repeats just says pull forward, she never asks about condiments. I said I'd like 8 tarter a few cocktail and some malt vinegar, she says it's already in the bag, granted I just told her, so unless she's a physic I don't know how she'd know, I open my bag, only one meal not 2 a 2 whole tarter sauce only, I said mam we had two meals, so she grabs another, and hands out another bag, once again I asked for tarter she once again there's more in that bag and once again 2 tarter but she had added 2 cocktail, now I have 6 pieces of fish, hushpuppie, shrimp and a grand total of 4 tarter, at this point the niceness has worn off if me, she's glaring at me, and had Bern rude and just down right terrible, I understand you hate your job but I was nice and understanding till she acted like the tarter came out of her paycheck, I will say kudos to the cook it was delicious blonde lady at the window needs serious people skills, so...

They mentioned something along the lines of how they passed some sort of health inspection exam, and because they passed the managers rewarded the employees with pizza. The worker went into detail about how, among other things, they had to scrub different kinds of mold off the floor? They even said to me when they drop buns on the floor, they just pick them up a reuse them. Despite being visible to the employees, no one acknowledged our presence or provided any information about the delay. It would have been appreciated if someone had approached the window to communicate the situation rather than ignoring us.
Additionally, I would like to emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in the workplace. A smile can go a long way in creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers.
