Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Zanesville

I received someone else’s food in my bag. I didn’t realize it until I got home, so I drove back to the store to get the right order. When I got there the manager was rude and dismissive. They refused to remake half of my order because it was “right,” even though it had someone else’s name on it, (and was labeled as being steak when I ordered chicken)…. I wouldn’t have cared about it being incorrectly labeled if I had known it was right, but I didn’t even check it because it was labeled incorrectly and my other item was 100% incorrect… So, half of my order was cold when I made it back home. I am tired of dealing with terrible customer service and rude behavior, and while my family used to eat here once a week, we will never be going back. Doordash two bowls I was going to get off work late so I wanted to make sure my wife ate and mine was in the refrigerator I get home now I ordered double chicken brown rice corn salsa hot sauce Cheese sour cream now when you get double chicken I think you charge you almost $5 for that other scoop on door Dash so I paid probably almost $16 for this bowl when I opened it it barely had any chicken could barely see the sour cream very little if any cheese but they packed the rice in I would never order from this Chipotle's again they are so inconsistent every one of them it's terrible like everybody said make your own damn food at home if that disappointed well I'm disappointed actually I'm...

My boyfriend and I were so excited to come to the new Chipotle that just opened. We were happy to come and get our food, but some of the staff is a bit new. The girls who made our food were so sweet and kind, but were a bit out of it. My burrito ended up being so big I felt like I was holding a puppy 😂 She ended up having to double wrap it and triple wrap it in foil. We aren't upset and I believe they charged us correctly for it all, it's just a little hilarious and we definitely have been in their shoes before. Also, please change the music!! It sounds like a mix of Jimmy Buffett, Hawaiian folk-music (???), and songs akin to Kurt Cobain's "Beans", not at all the vibe...
