Only gave a 1 because that’s the lowest option. When we walked in, the host didn’t greet us or the party before us, walked away from the host area and then came back and said to follow her to the party ahead of us and the same to us.
Our server was definitely the highlight of the day. Where do I even begin, we waited around 10-15 minutes for the guy to even come out, he had us and two other parties. Doesn’t introduce himself, doesn’t ask for drinks/apps just simply says “what do you want to eat.” Very rude of someone to do. I asked for new menus as ours had some weird residue on them, he comes back minutes later with new ones and very sarcastically says “I inspected these ones for you, hope they're good” and slides them on the table, not sitting them down. We ask for chips and salsa, and then he repeats himself, asking again we knew what we wanted to eat yet, I explained to him that we’ve barely looked over the menus and that we needed a moment, he walked away seeming frustrated. He then comes back up to us, asking if we thought he was rude, we both asked what he was talking about and he says that the other party he had switched tables/servers because they thought he was rude and inattentive. I asked why this would be of our concern and he ignored it, and asked for our meals, we ordered our entrees to which, he didn’t write down to begin and once he finally got out his pen and notes, he asked us to repeat ourselves and then repeated it back to us incorrectly, so we had to repeat ourselves again. He walked away, leaving the chips and salsa dishes just sit at the edge of the table. He came back out giving chips and salsa to another table, spilling salsa, and then ignoring it and taking their drinks, to which he messed up as well. As we waited for our meals, he came back to the previously mentioned table and gave two of the 3 their drinks, asking the third if they asked for a sweet tea, the man explained he had asked for a Long Island tea, the waiter proceeded to borderline argue with the guy, saying he told him sweet tea and that the guy was wrong, who does this as a waiter???. While this was occurring, we had been there about a half hour, the table behind us had been waiting the entire time for the dude to get them a to go box.
Then he just disappears, we don’t see him for a few more minutes, he comes by, says all they’re waiting on for our entrees was my steak, I ordered the chicken burrito, for reference, and then he just walks away and disappears again, there had been another table seated for him that he hadn’t even attended to during this time.
We got house salads and we requested no tomatoes, they were brought out with tomatoes, he did realize the mistake and said he’d make new ones, came back out around 30 seconds later and you could tell all he did was swipe the tomatoes off as there was a spot where the tomatoes were for the salad and there was still some in the salad so it was obvious what was done, this is dangerous, what if one of us was allergic to them???.
Our entrees came out, 40 minutes into our visit here, although some were eaten, we stopped eating, cold uncooked chicken on her sandwich, and chewy not done bacon was on my burrito.
Our waiter noticed this and said he’d come back with a check, which was unprovoked, he comes back with a check and requests for my card when he returns, who the hell...

Read moreHad to post twice to get my entire review in, this is part 2:
Oh and btw, this entire time, our dishes from the chips and salsa remained on the table, we had to ask another server to take our dishes away, we asked the same server for a manager and he said once he took our dishes back, he’d get us the oncoming shift manager. During this brief wait, our glorious waiter came back and asked two more times for my card, I told him at this point to leave us alone, the manager came out, and she was a very nice lady, we explained to her every thing that happened and she covered the bill for us, as she walked away, the couple at the table that he had barely attended to, complained to the manager about him being rude and inattentive, the table where he argued with the man about tea complained as well.
Side note, we are almost an hour into our meal, and the salsa he spilt still remained on that table.
After the manager takes our receipt, she says she will be right back to talk to us, during this, she was stopped by the other table he had ignored and our waiter came back and requested my card again!!!! Who does this seriously!!!!
He goes over, while his manager is talking to the other table and checks the receipt to see if we paid/tipped, he comes back and asked why we hadn’t paid and that we needed to sign the receipt still, he was told to leave us alone and that the manager took care of it, he asked then that if we signed for the meal and that if it was all paid for, he was once again told to leave us alone and that the manager took care of it. All he said was “wow, oh, okay” and walked off pissed. I stopped the manager before she even came back to our table and told her we were leaving, she said that was fine and shook my hand and told us to have a nice day.
What an awful experience that was taken care of by a manager, get that dude the hell out of there. I’d name him but he never gave us or any other table he had this name, what a disgrace. Had 4 tables and 3 of them complained for the same reasons about him....
