Creno's Pizza Zanesville | Maple Ave — Restaurant in Zanesville

We have ordered from the Maple Avenue Crenos for a long time, and before that the Country Fair Shopping Center location. For the first time we experienced a problem. The quality of the food was great as always, however the customer service was very disturbing.

When we received our order, it was missing a chef salad. We immediately called and explained to them that we were shorted a salad. The female manager, Diamond said she would have it delivered. After 45 minutes, we called and told her it had not been delivered. She told us that the driver told her he had delivered it. We explained it was not in our order, she said the driver delivered it and that was it. We asked for the salad to be deleted from our bill and credited to our card. She hung up on us. We called back a second time and she hung up on us a second time. As a local business owner, I only patronize local businesses. I’m saddened by the way we were treated and am in shock. It was only 7.95, but I guess it’s a customer service issue at this point. This was the first problem we have ever experienced with Crenos, however the way we were treated, we will not patronize...

This place has shitty employees first problem was took over and HR and 30 mins to even get the food the food was cold and didn't get the salad called the manger back he said he would have the driver bring it back out to me took two hrs for them to drop back of my salad manager did offer to remake the calzone but just like I said took two hrs to get it to me so I called the manger back and asked if he could refund the money and I'd send his food back he said he would this was the 16 of October so I called yesterday and the manger brought up the fact that he gave me more food and I told I sent it back with his driver manager said he would do some investigating and still never called me back so not only did I get cold food but crenos never reimbursed me for the salad I never got horrible service and manager is unprofessional wouldn't suggest going...

I can’t thank Eric and his team enough for their kindness and efforts to go above and beyond for their customers. My five year old son who is a huge Crenos lover was just diagnosed as a type one diabetic so many of his favorite foods have been off limits do to the inconvenience of trying to count carbs outside of a home cooked meal. I called and spoke to Eric today who counted out every single carb in our order to assure my son got to have one of his favorite foods again.
