In the Zanesville Ohio store.. I went in to order a 16i nch Hunter's sub. I sat down to wait on my order. I was on my phone and as I was notified via text messages that I had a friend that died from a wreck. As I was reading in shock but didn't want everyone noticing my expression of it till I got to the car. The female cashier tried to call out to me stating my order was done.. I was dazed about the flash backs of the time we had before he does.. didn't take my name that day. A guy maybe 18-21 looking tall dealing with the drink station just screaming at me instead of being professional and just came to me in person to tell me! I was embarrassed. I do have a speech impediment. Mikey Black was a great employee. He wasn't there that day this happened.

Firstly, the name on my order was not what I stated for the in store order then the number written on my order was “7” not “5”. When I inquired about the staff member was a bit snippy. To top it all off, the tomatoes on both sandwiches were tiny and end pieces. What happened to the “ gourmet” part of the product? Lastly, the pieces continue to soar but quality is slipping and I have been a customer for many years and eaten dozens of subs at JJ’s over time. I likely won’t be a customer again for many months.

Awful. My first time there and the staff wasn't helpful. I was shocked with how much a 16 inch combo meal costs. Subs are all bread with very little meat and toppings. Ours didn't taste that fresh. Bread was hard to chew. I wasn't aware all the subs were made cold either. The desserts were good....that was it. Subway is cheaper and so much better. Oh, and charging me .25 cents for a cup of water?! Every place I've ever been to offers free cups of water. This chain seems overrated.

We have ordered her a few times, it's been fast and always good. Tonight we ordered and it took 45 minutes and when we got our order, the cookie was missing. I am giving 5 stars because of how amazing the girls were at handling it all. I called to ensure our order was received around 35 minutes after placing it - it was. The girl that answered was apologetic and explained how busy it was. The order arrived and after she left, we noticed the cookie was missing. I called right away and again, wonderfully understanding and said they would take care of it. Not long after, two cookies were brought and one happy boy because of it.

Great food, amazing customer service - this team needs recognition for sure! We love this...

Tried calling on 2 different days to order a sub. Some immature guy in there likes playing games on the phone. First time I was hung up on 4 times while he made jokes about picking up and hanging up. I figured I would call today and maybe I would speak to someone else. Nope some immature little kid got on the phone and thought it was play time. I used to go here because they actually had good service which is a rarity in this town. This is the guy you want representing Jimmy John's? Might want to have someone else answer the phone that can handle it....
