Wendy's — Restaurant in Zanesville

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and two drinks at 9:30 PM on 3/26/2021. My wait was very long, I had missing items and my sandwich was not prepared right. The drive through sign was not on or not working. As I waited for my food, I noticed an employee using her phone, I noticed the manager and another employee were, either not wearing masks, or not wearing them right. Not one employee was wearing gloves. I noticed a male employee was vaping inside the restaurant, inside the food preparation area, and the smoke was falling on the freshly made fries. The employee asked me for the sandwich that they made wrong back, (after I had it in my car, touched it and opened it) so they could fix it. I noticed several health and food safety violations. I asked to speak to the manager and told her about my complaints, then I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name and she did not utter one word to me. Then another employee told me they were short staffed and if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Its okay to make mistakes on an order or to have a long wait if you are short staffed. I stopped by the Wendy's in Zanesville, Ohio on Maysville Avenue a couple weeks ago and went through the drive-thru. Got my food and parked to eat. The food was literally COLD!! I couldn't begin to eat such stuff. How people are not getting poisoned there is beyond me. Food has a certain temperature it's to be kept at per the Health Department. The cashiers in the evening, certainly need some math skills!! The little blonde girl couldn't figure up how much change I was supposed to get. It was simple arithmetic!! I gave them one last chance on 8/20/23. I ordered a large chocolate Frosty. I paid for my purchase and they handed me a Frosty that was nothing more than a warm milkshake!! I told them I would like a refund because I couldn't possibly do anything with it. It was barely frozen at all. The girl with the hog ring in her nose, gave me back my money but simply refused to take the "Frosty" back and throw it away for me. I was supposed to ride around in my car with this soupy mess. Went through the drive thru was attempting to use the app we were low on cash at the time so we were using the app for a deal to stretch our $. Well wouldn't you know it crashes at the drive thru the polite young man told us to pull around they'd take care of it. When we got there it simply wouldn't load the deal was just a spring circle. Exited the app and brought it back up, same thing. After a minute a short haired short woman came to the window screaming at us we tried to explain we had only been there between 1 and 2min and she got unhinged screaming that we were making the customers behind us suffer, and to pay up for the food. At that point we'd had enough and left. Seriously this woman lost it over something small that wasn't our fault. Will absolutely never go here again.
