Person ringing us out didn’t specify how long it would be to get a Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba. I have been to many boba locations and waited no more than 5 mins for them to make my drink. After we’ve been waiting 10 mins someone comes out and says it’s gonna be another 5 minutes. The atmosphere could be cute if they would get the timed service correct. We were offered a complimentary frozen yogurt which is kind of them but being on a time crunch I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Once I got the drink 20 mins after ordering it wasn’t worth the wait. The boba was hard and had no flavor. And not many for extra 99 cents. The Taro Milk Tea part wasn’t the flavor I’m used to. Probably wouldn’t come back considering the cost was $7.47 with tax. I can get a better one at a more reasonable...

March 14 Zephyrhills location I took my family out for boba love this place particularly today. We had a very bad experience with the staff member. She got the order wrong. She didn’t try to make it right. She put us to the end of the line and she wouldn’t make it right. I went up back to the register and other customers came in and she was trying to take their orders over mine, and she was ignoring me, and she was very nasty and rude in front of my family told us we would have to wait. We waited I wanted to make sure my granddaughter was happy. I very rarely write reviews, let alone remotely negative ones but I am slightly disappointed. The customer service when I walked in was subpar, walking in felt like I was a chore to the workers. When ordering they asked me very little questions, but led to them ringing in a 24oz boba rather than the 16oz like I wanted. Which all in all is no big deal but when trying to pursue a refund so I could pay and receive the right size I was again treated like an inconvenience (but benefit of the doubt I do believe the front of houseworker was new).
