Wednesday, 11.13.24, when I arrived, I asked if someone could wipe a table. A particular employee said it is still wet and had just cleaned. However, there were crumbs on the table & seats. I kindly asked again. I was told they would be there. Nobody came. As I stood a Manager was coming my way. I asked if he could wipe the crumbs off of the table and seats. To his credit he did. I told him about the one particular employee.
For about 2 years I clean the table myself in case that one employee that refuses to clean my table is there since she will Not clean my table if requested. She will not even look at me ** I ask this since my mother had major heart surgery & is a health risk. My son and I help take care of her.
Then a male Manager and a Mgr. & another young female Mgr. (I do not know her name) approached my table & said that they do not want me to return. I asked why and what about support for the customer? Now, two months later, all I have is email correspondence from Chick-fil-A Cares Team stating they will call and email me regarding this
**Now when I filed a Complaint before with virtually the same problem with the same employee, their complaint department did email me an apology saying the appropriate Chick-fil-A people and the restaurant involved would handle. I assumed they would simply help this particular employee along but apparently this Chick-fil-A in Zephyrhills Florida, Store number 04040 was ok with giving me a cookie or brownie but doing nothing else. This is unfortunate because I visit the Zephyrhills Florida Chick-fil-A every day! I like it there. I am quiet, mind my own business, may say hi if I see someone I know. Only one person has come over to talk briefly.
I DO NOT want money or product. I want my right to quietly visit my local Chick-fil-A.
Legal counsel has advised I request mediation with the Chick-fil-A owner in Zephyrhills Florida to resolve. I did so, but two months later NOT ONE SINGLE WORD to reach out to me.
Hopefully this does not have to be taken to...
Read moreUpdate 4/19/25: Still a great place. Friendly service. Fast service. Good food. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.
I have ordered 4 times since this location opened. I ordered on mobile app to pick up at drive thru. I have had no problems. All my items have been in bags. They have always give us plenty of cfs sauce and ketchup. The two times we brought our dog with us staff ask if we wanted a pup cup (our pup now loves). Last time I picked up there was another mobile order with the name "amy" so when I got to window and was only give a sandwich I was confused they ask if there was something wrong. I'm like yes I ordered 4 meals. Young girl apologized tossed the bag told co workers to make it again for the correct "amy" (I guess since it was in my vehicle and I looked at/in bag & covid world) she then looked at screen and noticed my order and got my bags and drink holder to me. She apologized again. Not really a big deal and it's good to know that if order is given to wrong person they re make them unlike McDonald's which I seen give my food to the car in front of me, them dig thru bag, give it back to employees to be moved forward and me drive up and them give me that bag. SMH!! No shame no apology. I refused it. They remade it only after I wanted refused.
Only thing I really don't understand is the if costumers say thank you they have to say "my pleasure" I prefer a simple "you're welcome" or "no problem" I'm one who says thank you alot. Like when employee takes order/mobile name and tells me to move forward and have a good day my normal response is thank...
Read moreMy Mom and I went to Chick-fil-A in Zephyrhills, FL tonight for dinner. We ordered our dinner from a nice young man named Ja'Kaivis, he was very helpful and took good care of us, with both our order and anything else we wanted while we were there. As we were eating a BIG Thunderstorm came in, with lightning very close to the Restaurant and very heavy rain on top of it. We were done with our meal and standing by the door trying to decide if we wanted to run for it or not. Ja'Kaivis saw us trying decide, and came to our assistance once again, this time with a big umbrella. He offered to escort us one by one to our vehicle. He took my Mom first, which I was very grateful for. When it was my turn, I asked this young man his name, and he told me, Ja'Kaivis, I hope that I spelled it correctly, as it was hard to read his name tag while we were going to the car. If, I have misspelled it, I'm very sorry about that. We have all seen the commercials on TV about the customer service at Chick-fil-A. You never see that kind of customer service from restaurants anymore and especially at fast food restaurants. But, I will admit it now, those commercials are the real thing. Ja'Kaivis, proved it tonight, by offering his assistance and customer care above and beyond tonight. We are very grateful for this young man taking care of 2 women who needed help tonight. Thank you, ...
