We went to Taco Bell in Zephyrhills tonight we ordered 3 Chilpas 2 with no tomatoes or sour cream on supreme. Told tha girl taking our order 5 times exactly how we wanted our order and she still kept saying it wrong. We drove to the window and they took our payment. When we looked at receipt our order was still wrong. Told the person at the window that it was wrong could he please make sure it was made right. He left the window open and some other person said they weren’t going to service us because we got loud trying to place our order. They had already taken our payment. Made us wait for the food. Told the person at the window I hope they got it right. He said “ I hope so too”. We checked order and it was made wrong. We went back thru the drive through and told them it was wrong. Heard them on the speaker saying nasty things about us. Then got to the window and asked us again what was wrong told him and he just kept repeating it over and over asking the same questions. Asked him to just please give us the correct food. He told us he was not going to give us our food. Closed the window and walked away. After sitting in the drive thru window for for roughly 7 to 10 mins with the employees peaking at the window to see if we were still there. Finally gave us a bag which the guy at the window threw it at us and cursed at us. We were unable to eat our food because we did not trust a bunch of arrogant teenage boys to not mess with our food. We never once spoke to a manager. The manager never even offered to talk to us to find out what the problem was. We both work in the food service industry and we and our manger do not tolerate behavior like your employee displayed tonight. Completely ruined our entire night. Read moreTo be totally honest the service was okay as far as ordering from a kiosk and the manager asking if I've been served yet. As far as the food, it was slopped together and it took almost a half hour to just throw and I do mean throw the tacos and burritos together. Watching the kid struggle making the food was almost unbearable to the point of if I didn't order on the kiosk I would have just asked for my money back. I could have went across the street to the Chinese restaurant and gotten fresher better food faster for less. The prices of the food verses the quality of food is embarrassing, I mean it's not hard to make burritos and tacos.The store had to have over 6 people working and they still couldn't handle it, the bad part is they weren't even busy. You know it's a problem when the customers that were before you and after you couldn't believe how long it was taking and the people before me was telling me to check my order because they all had issues with their order being wrong. It's to a point where I'm over Taco Bell, it just feels as though it's a waste of time and money. It'll probably be the last time I get food from Zephyrhills Taco Bell, it definitely won't be going out my way to eat any Taco Bell anymore. I feel as though this particular Taco Bell doesn't want my money in the future. Let me explain:
In the last year or so that I've lived here, I've visited this location more times than I can count on five people's collective digits. About 95% of those visits have included the incorrect order given to me and other customers -while in the lobby at the same time- or several omitted items.
My most recent visit, about half an hour before writing this review, yielded the same results. Not only did I not receive half of my order, I was given someone else's order. On a side note, who orders a burrito that is ONLY re-fried beans? It felt like gift-wrapped soup.
I didn't bother checking the bag I was given because I was tired (third shifter), and hungry, and they had handed me the box which contained correct items in my order. I can't be bothered to go back for an exchange or refund, so given this store's track record with mismatched items and an inability to grant a refund or exchange in a timely manner (another story), I can't be bothered to go back to this location again.
