Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

I visit this store often, usually in the day when the service, food and employees are fantastic.... HOWEVER the night crew a COMPLETELY different story!!!

Just went to get a quick bite, ordered a $7 chicken strip meal. I asked as I always to for CRISPY FRIES. The worker Madison said okay, but didn't type in my request. I paid my order and asked please tell the kitchen crispy fries. She didn't, and I asked again. I get my drink and all the sudden my order is up. I said no way they crispy fries and her response was they are always crispy. I pull them out of the bag and sure enough the were barely warm and soggy, probably been sitting around a while. Then finally they made me Fresh Fries (they weren't). At this point the night Mgr Jessica come over and I explain what's going on and she said I need to order in advance for that request. Which is never a problem when I go into to order during the day shift. So she gives me her sour face look and couldn't have cared less.

Absolutely horrible service and food. I'll NEVER go back at night...

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a cheese.cake bizzard with extra cheese cake and got no cheese cake just ice cream when I asked for cheesecake the lady rolled her eyes then she bought the blizzard back and said have a good night but I did not get my food then she gave us a box then I asked for bag and sauce she left and an another lady came said I had buy the sauce I paid .89 for each pack of sauce witch they told me 2 packs of sauce per meal so why didn't I get the sauce and ketchup with my meal the experience I got and the taste of the food the fries cold the popcorn shrimp brown on the outside cold in the center I would like someone who cares about the quality of food and service 28.00 dollars for what I got was worth for little bit of food I got and had to buy my sauce on top 28.00 plus 3.00 If you want to waste your money you need to eat at dairy queen. I never go to Dairy Queen as it is. But I heard that they had Rotisserie chicken bites. I was looking forward to trying them because I am attempting to be on a low carb diet and you get burned out on salads. I pull up to the menu board and I always look at the board before I order just in case the LTO item isn’t there. Well I saw it on the board. But when the order taker took my order I had to repeat myself not once.... not twice... but three times that I wanted the LTO item. She acted as if she had no idea what it was and I was crazy. Then she comes back on as says they don’t do that anymore? Excuse me? Take the panel down or at least have the courtesy to place a sold out sticker on there?
