Lovely girl in drive thru yesterday I'm not sure how but she even talked me into getting banana pudding which I didnt need but ended up getting and finding it to be absolutely amazing oh and when she took my order everything was actually correct I didn't have to yell spicy at the last minute because she asked me at the beginning and repeated my whole order back and even informed me how long my wait was for my chicken and even apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasnt a problem for me at all but I think all of them are pretty friendly and try their best to give everyone good service so 5 stars to the nice young lady in drive thru yesterday morning who actually looks like she enjoys her job and cares that the customer is happy I was very surprised and I'm pretty sure her name is Ashley I hope to see her again and 5 stars for everyone behind the counters as well y'all are doing a great job and the fresh chicken was definitely worth the 15 min wait. The only thing that I think the store could use improvement on is the dining room I did start coming through the drive thru for a reason, that reason being is that it's not as much the dining room that needs help its actually that the men employees are beyond terrible I use to come inside frequently but the first boy darker skin glasses yeah that guy never tells me any specials or asks if I want mild or spicy things like that, i have told him every time what the side i wanted was but he gives me whatever he makes up in his own head and above all when everything is wrong and I explain to a different employee that just read the receipt and made the order assuming that the items on the receipt were things I actually ordered but no I had to tell her it was spicy chicken with Mac and cheese (not mild chicken with a mash potatoes and a side of red bean) he stomps over acting confused like i never said any of that and then he begins to argue with me giving me dirty looks and basically keep repeating that I'm a liar and insist he repeated my order and asked if it was mild or spicy which never happened and says I didn't order the same things I always order I just wanted to waste my own time and argue with a child over chicken he is the worst employee I've ever seen.. And the last time I decided to eat inside there was another young whiter gentleman who looked at me like I was ruining his life by eating inside or like he had better things to be doing then to be taking my order so after that I almost gave up but decided to try the drive thru and thank god I did because I finally got everything perfect the way I asked for it the first time now I still get to eat at my favorite spot. And I don't have to fight with a child to get it....

Normally, I will not repeat a bad experience by a single patron, or without confirming the information. Creating bad PR for a business is unacceptable when it is unfounded, and should be frowned upon.
However, it has been brought to my attention that Popeye's, located at 7411 Gall Ave. in Zephyrhills, FL, has conditions that should be reported to the public in order to prevent illnesses or an array of health reasons too long to list. This is the premise in which I will make this presentation - due to dangers to the public. This information was clearly verified by my sources.
These illustrations came from an insider today. Please note that some of the ingredients used in their products are either outdated or do not have a label at all concerning the "kill date" of said product. Insects have also been able to get in to the food, which was still used after the fact.
What makes this especially troubling is that employees have raised these concerns, including meat thawed and sitting in warm temperatures. These employees were told, as of today, August 30, 2023 that they must use these items until they were completely used.
I advise citizens of Zephyrhills and adjoining areas NOT to consume food from this location, until it can be remedied through the proper channels. To that end, I will monitor this situation until there has been resolve, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this location and ordered the family meal for $24.99 and when I got home I realized that they gave me 7 wings and a couple of legs and a breast. So I called up there to let them know that I did not request 7 wings and that is not what I paid for. The African-American shift supervisor/manager told me to bring everything back up there and I told her some of the wings had already been eaten by the kids and in the trash, but I had the majority of the chicken left. She told me she wanted the chicken from the trash as well and said it was "my trash." Me and my husband gathered up everything and drove back up there from Tampa to Zephyrhills and a different shift manager was working named Ricke. She was very understanding and also disturbed that the other shift leader/manager would ask me to get the contents from my trash and bring it back up there. She even contacted the manager April while I was there and informed her of what was going on. She offered to put a free order in the books for me. Well fast forward to today and my husband goes up there after work and finds out that April (the manager) who is also African-American is working with the shift manager (who made me dig in the trash) and they fired Ricke. That is simply appalling! April also informed my husband that there is no order for him in the books. This location has gone down hill as of late and the firing of the employee Ricke, who offered to correct my order makes me wonder if the previous shift manager and the New Manager April are related.
