If I close my eyes it takes me back... back to my childhood. Here I ate the BEST PASQUALINA after my mom's.

But also the pollo al horno, the zapallitos rellenos, a good chivito… 😋😋😋 as you may have understood, I ate here for 5 consecutive days. 😅🤣

The menu changes every day, you always have a vast choice of traditional dishes but above all DISHES FROM OLD TIMES. That taste like home cooking, dishes from Sundays spent with the family 🥰 ... uuu so many beautiful memories come in my mind. So nostalgic🥹 A small restaurant with a thousand memories in every bite. 💙🩵 No love is more sincere than the love of food. 😉 If you happen to pass through Montevideo, carve out a midday to come here to Su-Bar and try their specialties, I promise you won't be disappointed. 🤩🤩

The place is small, they don't take reservations, arm yourself with patience and queue to sit (you won't be disappointed!! I promise). or get takeaway and eat it in a beautiful park or go down to the Rambla and eat with a "view". 🌅

Un lugar muy agradable. Guarda todo el espíritu de bar de barrio pero despojado de esa decadencia caracterísitica. Muy bien lograda la renovación. Los mozos simpatiquísimos, amables, atentos. El servicio pudo haber sido un poco más rápido pero cuando llega la comida y está tan buena, ya no importa. Pedimos, porque ya había escuchado que está muy buena acá, la pascualina... y sí! Temperatura perfecta, delicioso hojaldre, muy húmeda, el toque justo de queso en la preparación. Definitivamente la mejor pascualina que he comido, nunca la hubiera pedido porque suelo relacionarla con las que compras en una rotisería. Mi compañero pidió un kasseler a la mostaza y estaba muy muy rico, aunque para que sea perfecta, sugeriría ponerle una mejor mostaza, esta era cualquiera. La ensalada rusa impresionante!
