I like the food but had the handicapped version and here is why. I arrived by myself around 12:20, and I waited patiently in line but kept getting groups of locals cutting in front of me. Then I lost my patience, got myself a seat and ordered a serving of plov. After waiting for another while, plovs were served to other tables and the takeaway orders that came after me. Then one of the staff told me they have no beef anymore only rice and that's how I got the handicapped version. I was actually pretty frustrated but not knowing the language and the customs, I didn't want to make a big fuss about it. Here's my 2 cents, come way earlier so you don't have to be in the same uncomfortable situation as I did. The rice itself is delicious but the overall experience of dining alone here is not pleasant. For female travellers: there is a separate entrance to the left of the main entrance. This leads to a room that appears to serve women only.
