I booked a family room here. The reservation showed a large room of 3 beds. The attendant proceeded to give me a room. It was two small beds. I told him we booked a larger room and then he took me to a room with one big bed. I showed him a picture in the reservation and he said that that room was not available even though I had booked it on booking dot com. I said i understood mistakes happened and simply asked for a discount for the inconvenience, but he would only give me a fifteen percent discount. I agreed because it seemed to be the only option and canceling was no longer an option.Because it was past the cutoff, time. So we were forced to stay with a in the room We did not book at almost full price. There were other problems with the room, but the main issue was but I left the review explaining what happened with our room. I was not rude but simply explained the situation like I did here. The a hotel contacted me saying there were upset that I left a bad review. Then tried to claim that I did not show and tried to ask booking.com to collect a second payment because they claimed I did not show or pay even though I gave them cash. I went ahead and sent all of the evidence that I stayed there to booking dot com as well as our conversations on whatsapp, as well as the recording of the disgruntled employee about the bad review that I had left. The fact that they would try to steal and collective payment twice is really bothersome. Do not stay here. by the way, the pool is very scummy. The shower is cold and the air conditioner leaks onto the floor because they don't properly handle the condensation. Additionally, when we tried to check-in, we were basically ignored even though he was sitting at the desk and we stood right in front of him in view for some moments. we had to say hello to him to get him to help us. I attached some photos including a picture of the bucket we had to put to catch the water from the air conditioner, because it would just go drip drip drip all over the floor and almost filled the entire bucket. I made a reservation and received confirmation for a large family sized room but upon arrival, we were given a small room and told the same price until we complained, then they gave us about $3.00 discount. These comforter on the bed had stains from somebody else's bodily fluids, 🤮🙀 and the air conditioner leaked water so much that we had to put a garbage can under it to capture the water. I emptied it three times throughout the night, so we didn't wake up pool on our floor.|We complained to booking.com where we made the reservation and the hotel actually had the nerve to say we never stayed there and that we were a no show, which would mean we got double charged since we paid in cash upon arrival.|They called and left us a message saying, "yes, we made a mistake, and you made a mistake," but our only mistake was choosing to stay at this place.|When we asked for the included breakfast, we were told, "No breakfast for you, not included."|Im the voice mail message they left us, they said, "we tried to find you to give you breakfast, but you had already left."|We have videos of the air conditioner, leaking, profusely, and filling the garbage can as well. There's a video of us leaving the room that was clearly just slept in.|Do we also have a video of the very black, scary alleyways that go to the hotel that smelled like sewer.|And even with that, they claim that we never stayed there and were a no-show.|Bait, and switch and a liar in charge does not make it's a very pleasant day for anyone.
