[91cc] 91 Concept Coffee — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Bumped into this coffee shop on Mother’s Day thinking it was cute. However, it was unfortunate that I witnessed a staff named Hà leaving the restroom without washing her hands. I quirkily made a comment that she should have done it with the sink right outside of the restroom. Instead of just taking the advise, Hà turned around (after serving me and my mother 02 coffees) with an attitude saying that she did not “use the restroom”, nit even an apology. Not that it matters but I’m sure the doorknob would have been filled with germs and nonetheless one should always wash their hands working at a place that serves food/drinks. This is very unacceptable and unsanitary. I’m sure the place is a cool coffee shop but the behavior of this staff did not meet the expectations. I hope the management will do something about this to prevent it from happening again in the future. ——————

Tình cờ vào quán cà phê này vào Ngày của Mẹ và nghĩ rằng nó thật dễ thương. Tuy nhiên, thật không may khi tôi chứng kiến ​​một nhân viên tên Hà rời khỏi nhà vệ sinh mà không rửa tay. Tôi đã bình luận một cách kỳ quặc rằng cô ấy nên làm điều đó với bồn rửa ngay bên ngoài nhà vệ sinh. Điều này rất không thể chấp nhận được và mất vệ sinh. Tôi chắc chắn rằng nơi này là một quán cà phê tuyệt vời nhưng hành vi của nhân viên này không đáp ứng được kỳ vọng. Tôi hy vọng ban quản lý sẽ làm gì đó về việc này để ngăn chặn việc này xảy ra lần nữa...

I liked this coffee place, with its wooden interior, semi industrial style, and the best part is there is air-conditioning, especially in this hot weather. The coffee was great; there’s also the salt coffee popular in Danang which I didn’t try. Food options were limited, only left with 2 croissants by the time we reached the cafe.
