I really enjoyed my bingsu at this dessert shop, but the customer service could be improved.

I chose to sit on the 3rd floor because it was less crowded and noisy. After finishing my bingsu, I could have left without taking the tray downstairs, but I wanted to be helpful. I was about to give the tray to a staff member who was standing nearby when another staff member (who was standing farther away) interrupted, beckoned me to his counter and give it to him instead. I was taken aback by this rude behaviour.

I'm not sure if this is how they are trained to interact with customers, or if it was just this particular staff member. However, it left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question whether I would come back.

We have been regular customers to this ice cream store for a few months but recently the service has been very poor. It's astonishing that something so simple as keeping the icecream from melting easily could be a challenging job for a shop selling icecream. The moment we received the ice cream already melted and if you don't finish within 2 or 3 minutes you will be having some sweet soup instead. We even gave feedback to the store staff on how they could improve it simply by giving the ice cream to customers as soon as it's been scooped but nothing seems to have changed. I tried the gelato ice-cream. The ice-cream melted too quickly by the time it get to me meaning they are not in gelato standard, or the staff took it outside let it wait for too long to get to the customer. They're also too sweet. I also ordered 2 drinks but by the time I finished the boring ice-cream, the drinks were still not done yet.
