An Nam Quán — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

The most DISGUSTING and DISRESPECTFUL place I have ever being. The person in the front ask me to come in when she saw me looking at the menu outside. As soon as I came in the lady pointed to where I HAD to sit, I asked if I could sit near the door and she said NO! When I woke to the seat that she had pointed, I saw a dead COCKROACH just behind my seat. I showed it to the lady, which without even look at my face and still looking at her phone just kicked it to under the table beside me. As soon as I sat down still terrified with what she did (ignoring me completely) I saw they started packing everything up to close and while I was there, alone, waiting for my food, everyone started bring the tables in, stacking the chairs, putting everything away, they turned the music off and the light in the front and I was there feeling a completely stupid being ignored all the time (I had to call them to give me a napkin because they already had taken away). They didn’t care about me being there and didn’t try to hide their frustration for me to be there and I was feeling so ashamed with that situation that didn’t have courage to cancel my order and leave. I ate my food in literally 5 minutes because I couldn’t stand everyone behind me waiting for me to pay and go. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, disrespectful behavior and I would never recommend this place or come back there...

The food was beyond horrific, extremely expensive, and served RAW. The sweet and sour pork ribs were served to us completely raw and I actually ate 3 pieces before noticing. This is an extreme health hazard. Not to mention the food was bland, dry and extremely generic. The stone pot rice was done incorrectly and was literally just a cradle of steamed rice, absolutely horrific. Service was amazing and the servers were very helpful and understanding with a sub-par atmosphere which could have some work. Why I rate it low: Slow and unprofessional service, need to ask a few times and wait for simple stuff like chop sticks, bows, etc. 50k for a few pieces of tofu is unacceptable in any way. 120k for a few pork slices Chicken wasn’t very fresh and its texture was the worst that I’ve ever seen. A discount was promised but it wasn’t added until asked.
