Cô Sáu Noodles — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Appeared to be very clean, organized and somewhat welcoming. One order was a request for seafood only (ordered by a local Vietnamese in the Native language). Unfortunately, the order incorrect order was received with various meats and shrimp. When inquired with the owner of this item - if maybe it was tofu or another seafood; the owner responded with it is seafood. When I pulled out the various meats to show her to make sure of he claim, she still adamantly said it was seafood. However, she then said it was chicken and beef. When informed the correct order was seafood and nothing was eaten if she can replace the meat with seafood, she became very upset and displayed angrily with her tone, volume and demeanor. She quickly was upset and didn't want to make it right. She snatched the bowl of the My Quang in front of me aggressively with a temper. I would unfortunately NOT recommend this business due to her negative reactions. We dined in with a good size party of 7 to help support a family business. Exceptionally poor service. We tried the noodles there a few times because the place we stayed was in the neighborhood and the dishes we had were so tasty. However, the owner (also the chef) was RUDE, always showing her unhappy or upset face. As first-time customers, we even asked ourselves “did we unintentionally give her a reason to show attitude?!”. Later we realized it’s just her nature. Once witnessed her scold her staff rudely in front of customers. She spoke impolitely in Vietnamese with me when taking orders, also raised her voice when I was a bit confused about the add-on options. Her attitude ruined the meal vibes. This is a great place to eat Mi Quang. Some reviews have said the lady was rude. I don't agree. She is not overly nice, but she is kind and will serve you. Just not fake nice like many of the tourist places.

The thing that really sets this restaurant apart is that it is very clean. They always clean the table and floors when people leave. This is uncommon in Vietnam.
