Perfect dating place and oriented to a younger (less demanding) crowd.
Three wines by the glass as well as two other beverages described as wine but look to be some sort of fortified grape juice.
Forget the ability of the staff to explain the menu to you in English. You’re on your own here. (Neutral).
In terms of taste, the two bites I enjoyed were great. The Parmesan cheese, something I expected to come out like chunks on a cheeseboard, instead came out as chips.
Who doesn’t like fried cheese!
The books on their wall-mounted mini-library, covering topics such as physiology and even oenology, in English, French and Russian, could keep me busy for months.

3 years since my first review above, the food I would still recommend for the most part (they still can’t cook medium, always super rare) but the price is over triple what it used to be. The prices are more expensive than the quality of the dishes, probably because all the dishes seem to be cooked in a more Vietnamized way. Oven baked Bolognese spaghetti is pretty boring because there are no spices in the sauce. Oven baked risotto is also average. BBQ sauce doesn't spread well in the salad.
