In summary: a place to hangout for a while, or work (with earphones/earplugs). Drinks just ok. Noisy.

Drinks ordered were so-so: avocado smoothie = creamy, but too sweet even when we asked for not so much condensed milk; Saigon style milk coffee = ok, out of balance. Considering other reviews, perhaps Western style coffee are better to order.

Location = easy to find, lots of traffic.

Interior = very open spaces, nice layout, two floors, solid seats, some cool decoration. Some greenery would be nice, and sound dampening useful.

Staff = welcoming, good parking service with bike covers for the sun.

Air = many fans, open air. Loud and tiring, no air con, smoking seemed to be allowed inside (but smelled none...

This a high quality, friendly and lively cafe in nice downtown location with comfortable high tables, seated tables, couches/coffee tables and an upstairs area.
