Salmon is an intimate sushi bar with a cosy atmosphere. The tables are spaced closely together, creating a sense of intimacy and camaraderie among diners, while the beautiful two-tone wood and cream interior provides a relaxing and sophisticated backdrop.
Some of the sashimi might past its prime, because it was not as fresh as I would have liked. The Hokkigai sashimi, for example, lit up the presentation of the sashimi set, but it lacked its characteristic mildly sweet flavour. However, the rest of the dishes were excellent. I loved the Salmon Sushi set, and the sake aburi sushi was especially enjoyable. The Salmon Cheese Maki was also creative and flavourful.

This place is very difficult to find because it is deep in a small alley. There is no parking and it takes 10 minutes to find a parking space, so next time I will take Grab, it is the most convenient.
