Update: so after the managers kind respond to my review, I decided to give pizza company another try. I made sure to go on a day when there were no specials and went early so hopefully it wouldn’t be busy and there would be pizza. Tried to order two large pan crust pizzas and was again told they don’t have any more large pan crust pizzas. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. The staff told me to please wait and he would come speak soon. I waited 15 minutes before assuming the manager wasn’t coming and left. I stand by my previous review. I honestly just do not understand how a restaurant that sells pizza, doesn’t ever have pizza? I will say the staff is kind but other than that this particular pizza company is always a disappointment. Will not be going back.

This is the third time I’ve come here and they tell me they’re sold out of all pizza except a very expensive “extreme” crust pizza. I got here at 6:45 pm they don’t close till 10pm. How does that make any sense? I really love pizza company and used to always go when I lived in Hanoi. But I do not think I will be returning if every time I come they don’t have any freaking pizza.

The first time I decided to try pizza here, before that I usually enjoy pizza at Espresso Pizza Restaurant. This place is new so they are running the advertisement as buy one free get one, it looks so funny. Firstly we ordered Green Pesto Seafood Pizza size M and bonused a small salad disk by lucky game 😉 salad was very fresh and delicious. After finishing we ordered the other pizza, I thinking around 15 minutes it would be served but it didn't, after long waiting time, we were informed that out of that pizza. It would be better they informed after receiving our order and transfer to the chef. It will be good and more professional if the manager should not try to convince me order the other pizza at that time without any apologize. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The restaurant is very clean and cold, well except the toilet, a little bit dirty ( maybe because of many guests at that time and they didn't have enough time to check) But finally, with reasonable price and yummy pizza, I will introduce this place to my friends and definitely...

There are a couple of Pizza Company locations across the city - one of the few restaurants with multiple locations. Does that make it a chain? They have pan pizza which was phenomenal crust-wise. The pizza dough was excellent. Unfortunately the rest of the pie was lacking. We had a veggie pizza, which to their credit was covered with lots of veggies, but what little sauce there was lacked flavor, the cheese was okay, and the overall flavor was very light on seasoning. I have never been a fan of corn on pizza, but it’s a thing so enjoy those little yellow crunchies! The garlic bread was solid; nicely toasted baguette pieces. Cute place with pleasant staff.
