I ordered Pad Krapao, probably the most famous dish in Thailand. It’s a true national favorite – even recognized as part of the country’s cultural heritage. Naturally, I expected a Thai restaurant to deliver something at least close to the authentic version. Unfortunately, the taste had very little in common with real Pad Krapao. Overall, quite a disappointing experience.

I ordered Pad Krapao, one of the most popular dishes in Thailand, even considered part of the country’s cultural heritage. With that in mind, I expected a version that would come close to the original. Unfortunately, the taste was far from authentic, which left me somewhat disappointed. And there are no tissue...

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. We went for some simple thai food, my partner asked for no spice in her food as it makes her stomach poorly. We were in abit of a rush so when her food came with chopped up chilli's and very spicy still, she just tried to avoid the chilli's and ate her food as we were catching a flight. Her stomach was in pain after this unfortunately. To top it off, we used the wipes provided on the table to clean our hands and then got charged for them... there's no indication of a charge for using them, we feel this is dishonest as we were not informed. We've never been somewhere that has charged for wipes left on the table. We hope its just a one off. The staff were nice and the place...

This is the most authentic Thai food I have eaten since I lived in Bangkok! We had papaya salad, sticky rice and barbecued pork the first time. The salad was eye-wateringly spicy, as it should be, pork was delicious and sticky rice was lovely.

We were so impressed that we went back two nights later. The restaurant had changed the menu to a special Tet menu which was much smaller than the first one. Initially, we were disappointed but ended up ordering two starters, fish cakes and barbecued chicken wings, followed by tom yum hotpot which was enough for 4.

Again, authentic taste and great food which was beautifully presented.

If you like Thai food, I highly recommend this restaurant, so much better than the Thai food...
