I was trying to not put the institution's rating down, but the impression from this visit appears so negative. Since I am allergic to red pepper and spicy food in general, (this can lead to a seizure or even hospital). therefore, every time I warn the waiter at least 3 times about that "no spicy food". And only in this place, almost every dish was brought to me spicy. and it's not because they didn't understand me or forgot... later I realized that it happened because the employees were not at work at all, but at their own private party. employees are jumping around, playing and flirting to each other, or all together on the phone in 1 corner, while mountains of empty dirty dishes are collected on the tables of the guests. As a person who eats in establishments every evening for a year in Da Nang, I can say that the workers at the street food night market are more caring. As soon as I asked for a bill, the waitress was standing above my head till I was preparing cash.

Đây là quán nướng BBQ tệ nhất trước giờ mình từng ăn (tính đến thời điểm hiện tại) Thứ nhất, về đồ đồ ăn: mình chọn set thịt Nước chấm: nhạt nhẽo, không có tí vị gì làm dậy vị món ăn hay kích thích ăn. Thực phẩm: Thịt không tươi, miếng thịt nhão, không ướp gia vị, không có vị ngọt của thịt tươi (khả năng là cấp đông quá lâu) 3,4 loại thịt mà ăn tất cả như 1. Và...ăn xong đồ thịt mới được gọi lẩu? Thứ hai, về vệ sinh quán: quán bẩn từ ngoài cửa cho tới trong, kính bẩn lau sơ sài đóng vệt thấy rõ, bàn sơn xanh nhưng lấy khăn ướt lau là ra màu (mình có con nhỏ đi cùng nên để ý nội dung này), sau khi dọn bàn, nhân viên lấy chai xịt rửa kính để lau cho bàn gỗ? Thứ ba, không gian quán: tối tăm, ẩm thấp, không thoải mái. Thứ tư, thái độ đón tiếp phục vụ: Nhân viên tiếp đón: hay giải thích theo kiểu "chấn chỉnh" khách (mình rất không hài lòng vấn đề này, nên ăn đã không ngon càng tệ thêm) Nhân viên bồi bàn: không chủ động kiểm tra, thay vỉ nướng cho khách (đồ nướng rất nhanh cháy vỉ, và mình đã phải kêu thay 3-4 lần). Nên sắm cái menu, chứ đi ăn mà cứ quét mã QR trong khi màn hình điện thoại thì nhỏ, nội dung thì dài.

Tóm lại, không bao giờ quay lại quán này (nhà hàng thì chưa đủ tầm) Và cũng cân nhắc khả năng sẽ không bao giờ ăn buffet nữa nếu gặp phải hoàn cảnh tương tự, thà rằng tốn kém xíu, nhưng ăn ở quán bảo đảm vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm, hoặc là ngồi vỉa hè ăn...
