Top Sailing Bar — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

We had the absolute displeasure of visiting Top Sailing Bar in Da Nang, Vietnam, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff was grossly underprepared, shockingly rude, and painfully slow. It was evident they couldn't care less about their customers.

When our server initially spoke to us in English, it seemed like a glimmer of hope. But as soon as they realized their mistake, they switched to Vietnamese and acted completely unprofessional. Their behavior was disgraceful and clearly intended to make us feel unwelcome.

Everything was smooth and good but suddenly a staff came and touch my chopstick also mix my food with the sauce that I don’t like. I know he tried to be nice but touching without Permission and I told him to stop but because he don’t understand english He keep continue it. It’s disgusting, manager come solved without offer solution and charge me full without discount. Money is nothing but it’s about how you deal with the customer in this such situation, don’t close the eyes and think forward..

I working international hospitality industry and this is unacceptable, because I don’t want to be a karens. I just paid without say anything more, this my last night inDa nang but such a bad luck...

Be far away from this pub. I understand now why is always empty, I always wanted to try this place because it looks so beautiful and full of lights when we pass by, so I invited a couple of friends to have a HEINEKEN tower, what a shame, it came a totally tasteless liquid, watery, no beer taste AT ALL. Really disgusting, we refused to drink that. We complained and they “changed”, it came the same thing, totally watery. Everybody had one sip, I paid it, very unhappy with this extremely unpleasant bad surprise and we left the tower totally full. The manager charged 500k of the bill, my friend had a drink + the tower that nobody drank. The place looks amazing, if they were honest and sell exactly what they offer, it would be probably successful, but you can not be prosperous doing such scams like this.
