Emily Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Do not stay here!! I’ve never experienced worse service. ||We arrived to the hotel to a room that smelt like petrol/mould with air conditioning that was blowing warm air on us at the lowest possible setting. We tried to put up with it for awhile and see if it would get better but the room remained extremely hot. We went down to reception to kindly ask them to fix it and they said the hotel was booked out but they would send a maintenance man up. Once he did his thing the air con still hadn’t improved so they sent him up again quoting again that the hotel was booked out with no spare rooms (even though we could see on booking.com that there were other rooms.) At this point we were trying to get out to our dinner reservations and we put our foot down and said it wasn’t good enough and only then were we told they had only one more room available. Which means they had lied to our faces. We went to check this room but it was on a smoking floor with the same issue with the air conditioning, and furthermore on this excursion we noticed the same handiman trying to fix another persons air conditioning meaning we weren’t the only ones complaining. Eventually after more pressing the lady at the desk rang her ‘manager’ and presented us with a key for the ‘suite’ (which is ridiculous if they are calling it a suite) and again it was the same with the air conditioning, too warm. Again though they had lied to our faces ‘fully booked out no rooms left’. We were running out to make dinner reservations and had spent our whole day trying to fix the air conditioning so we decided to stay put. Not once were we offered a discount or an apology. The biggest mistake we made was paying in advance because when we requested a discount for our inconvenience the next morning the lady at the desk started laughing at us and didn’t once apologize.||Furthermore the photos are completely inaccurate, the swimming pool is a glorified bathtub that sits on the footpath.||Absolutely disappointing, I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone. ||Stay elsewhere for...

DO NOT STAY HERE,||Booked for 4 nights, email to arrange transfer to be picked up from Da Nang||Airport ( Vietnam ) as on all web sites advised to be requested before arrival, never heard back from them, there phone number not working await over 1 hour no show.||Final got taxi from airport, booked superior room with sea view.||On arrival asked why we weren't picked up as request was emailed in advance, was informed they dont do airport transfers although advised.||Room was all We can say was discussing,nothing like advised on web, bed felt damp, no in room safe as advised, exit door frame was not fitted into door so when you opened it door frame wasnt secured. bathroom was very small and bath hadn't been cleaned, no cups for a drink.||We agreed that in morning we would be seeing management for refund and checking out, as by now time was getting on and not knowing the area or where to go we have to stay this night.||Breakfast well what ever you want to call it wasnt fit to give to you ducks shall we say, coffee un drinkable, bread rock hard, so no breakfast for us.||Got hold of management explained that they had falsely advised a hotel and used other photos from somewhere but not there hotel, explained that this was dirty, door frame doesn't close probley and want refund, and we where checking out now.||This was booked through ||Last Minute.com.||I have never done any bad reviews before, but Please...

The location and sea view are beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. There was a construction site right next to the building that never stopped — despite being told it only worked until evening, the noise continued day and night, including loud crane screeching. I kept waking up at 3 AM every night because of it.

There were also ants everywhere — on the bed, on the towels, even inside the closet. The air conditioner was moldy and smelled bad. Bed linens weren’t changed every week as been told, just re-made. There were barely any kitchen utensils, no proper cookware, the pan was damaged, and the fridge barely worked — things wouldn’t stay cold.

The fridge broke during my stay, and although the hosts kindly brought a small replacement for 24 hours, it was full of ants and didn’t work either. It didn’t cool at all for the first 24 hours, so all my food went bad. Even after that, it barely got cold.

There were barely any kitchen utensils, the frying pan was unusable, and cooking was a challenge.

To be fair, the hosts were friendly and tried to help when I reached out. But if you're planning to stay for more than a couple of days, I honestly can't recommend this place. The view is great — but the noise, bugs, and broken appliances made it feel more like survival...
