I dined here based off the ratings and reviews. My personal experience did not seem to match.

For the price point it was quite good value, restaurant was clean. We had the bbq. However, it lacked severely in service, meat quality (dry, tough). we sat for dinner at 8:30 after a 30 minute wait on Tuesday night. It already appeared that a number of items were sold out, stock was low. Especially annoying when staff did not notify us when items that we ordered were sold out.

Service was minimal and it appeared that the staff was actively ignoring us. Despite being able to speak enough Vietnamese to get by. Over 30 minute wait for a second round of meat, we asked over 3x for kimchi stew and it arrived at the very end of the meal (over an hour later). Vast majority of food and last call for orders came at the same time When it made its entrance it was inedible with its spice level.

I visited this place yesterday and want to share my honest experience. First of all, this restaurant seems to cater mainly to locals and Korean tourists, as everything in the buffet section is written only in Vietnamese or Korean.

Secondly, when we arrived, we told the staff that it was our first time at this kind of buffet, and even more so, our first time trying Korean food. Unfortunately, I missed a sense of empathy or effort from the staff to explain, recommend, or guide us through the experience. The restaurant was not crowded, yet we still felt a certain level of indifference from the workers.

It was our first-ever Korean buffet, and sadly, the overall experience was negative. On the positive side, the meat was excellent, but the sauces provided by the staff were unfamiliar to us and could have used some...

I was excited to come here given the high rating and review count. Look for yourself, but most of these high reviews are from questionable sources that are posted in the amount inconsistent with the number of visitors. The fried chicken was decent especially for a buffet and the drinks were served cold. The meat provided to us for BBQ was simply terrible. Unless you plan on cutting the meat into tiny pieces, expect to choke or chew for a while. I'd consider coming back for the ramen and fried chicken but my experience here was pretty disappointing.
