The Bánh Mì Gà Nhỏ (VND 15.000) at Quỳnh Anh is cheap but of excellent quality. The chicken floss smells wonderful, and the butter has a light, non greasy flavour. After the bánh mì is stuffed, the owner puts them in the oven to make them hot and crispy. I asked to take a photo of the bánh mì at the counter, and the owner was very welcoming and happy to help. I have had banh mi here long time near my house. Please try any kind of bread here. I feel it's so tasty stuffing and crunchy. Once you have banh mi here you will forget another place not being biased.
